Be warned this video greatly oversimplifies the process. You have to be very careful regulating the temperature and feed the pellets all during the cooking. We’re on our fourth pizza and still trying to perfect the process. Also, in the video you do say you made several which is apparent since frequently the pizza coming out doesn’t look like the pizza that went in. I’m not saying don’t buy one, just be aware it is a project.
OMG...one of the most entertaining comments ever..the pizza's going in don't match the pizza's coming out. I think I made like 10 pizza's that day and not a single one was a fail and it is legitimately the very first time I ever made a pizza so I'd say you are adding some drama to how hard it is to do. It was easy as could be.
