E' fortissima, tranquilla e fredda quando serve e si vede chiaramente che per la squadra è una leader e un faro acceso.
if im not mistaken these awards are only for the top 3 teams so in this case Italy, Japan and Poland. I do agree that Carol is an extremely good middle blocker though

they're all crazy good but my favorite is koga. she's so skilled and powerful but she does everything with so much calmness and grace, it's so cool.
