The job he did with Jordan Mailata, turning this gentle giant into not just an average player, but a rising star, is a remarkable feat. @@Chillehhhh He does say in this stream that he's working with dillard at playing left and right tackle. He adds that Dillard was doing well before he got injured. Yes Lane with his injury history would be the more likely replacement position. I'd like to know what dillard's depth chart position is vis-a-vis Toth and Driscoll.

Dillard is maybe a late bloomer man he probably needs heavy time to develop and brooks is made of glass but because of his contract he’s gonna keep his spot and lane has had an ankle issue for years and Doug said that it will probably bother him the rest of his career it’s football people get hurt
Injuries have definitely hampered his progression
Because at the end of the day, on the field, the OL delivers more than not, whoever are the starters
So you just ignore Mailata's development and focus on Dillard's? Be consistent.
