We've seen it all before. We're gonna beat Germany on the opening day but then end up losing our next two matches.
@@havana9979That could still be enough to grab one of the 4 best 3rd place finishers providing we dont lose the other two games heavily. Personally I think we'll lose by a couple of goals to Germany and pick up a draw and a narrow victory in our other matches.

@@brooklyniron1999 no it probably wouldn't be our best performance (I don't think we could top 1974 in the WC where we were knocked out without losing a game) but it would be our most successful if we get into the knockout stage, even if it's as one of the 4 best 3rd placed teams.

Sure, there's probably 40 or more capped players who are currently active, then 20 uncapped who could be considered, including u21s as wildcards, it's quite easy to get to 60

Knowing Clarke is pretty thorough, I imagine he monitors players such as: Nathan Patterson, Aaron Hickey, Lewis Ferguson, Jacob Brown, Robby McCrorie, Josh Doig, Max Johnston, Dominic Hyam, Kevin Nisbet, Oliver Burke, Oli McBurnie, Liam Lindsay, Ryan Hardie, Ryan Fraser, Callum Paterson, Allan Campbell, Ryan Gauld, Lewis Morgan, Ross Stewart, Jon McLaughlin, John Fleck, Barrie Mackay, Stephen Kingsley, Craig Halkett, Daniel Armstrong, Liam Henderson. U21s you'd imagine are being monitored for progress: Connor Barron, Tommy Conway, Lennon Miller, Leon King, Liam Morrison, Lewis Fiorini, Kieron Bowie, Harrison Ashby, Calvin Ramsay. That's more than 60 ;) Maybe some undeclared players too: Anderson, Barnes, Livramento, etc
