Love the house, love the floors, a few too many black lines on the kitchen countertops and backsplash ,, kind of like a cow. Otherwise a beautiful home, nice "finished" garage, but I really really really hate that fence,, it looks like sh*t already and it's brand new. Why the builders went half-ass with the fence instead of composite or stone?

Some HOAs don’t allow for specific fences to be built!
