I think I've fixed the problem so now it is enjoyable to play and record and should not have any skipped frames!

(Anyone wondering, slobs was causing the issue. If you have a lowend pc, then use just obs.)
EDIT: nope, that was a fluke. I did get a good setting but it results in a lower bitrate. I'll figure it out later as I'm cooking up a project that I may or may not showcase on my channel!
