- 3 cups all poupose flour
1 1/2 sugar
1 1/2 brown sugar
3 stick butter unsalted
1 cup sour cream
6 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 teaspoon butter extract
1 cup of cashews
caramel icing
1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
bake at 350 for 1 hour 10 minutes
