Which one to purchase for more equity - a newly constructed home or a home in an estabkished community (not necessarily master planned?)
@@rosalynuv9656 I think it really depends on incentives. Right now o would say new construction bc going so low!
i don't want to rain on your parade but please please get the home inspected during build. find out what materials the builder is using. everyone I know who has bought a new home in Texas in the past few years is having to replace a lot. including us
If a new homebuyer is trying to get the most incentive, does the house have to close by the end of the end of the year or the negotiation should start at the end of the year?
Traditionally the best deals happen in November/december time frame--although a few builders are highly incentivized right now!
