🔅 Shinhotaka Ropeway (新穂高ロープウェイ) is one of Japan's most unique ropeways. It connects you to the snow corridor on mountain top in the winter. The Northern Japan Alps scenery is that should not be missed!

From JR Takayama Station, a 100-minute trip on a Nohi Bus bound for Shinhotaka Ropeway
🔅 Kita-Alps Ohashi Bridge a spectacular viewing spot 70 meters above the ground. The 150-meter-long and 70-meter-high Kita-Alps Ohashi Bridge connects Nabedaira Nature Park and Nakao-Kogen Highlands in Shinhotaka Onsen.
The bridge is popular as a cycling and driving route, offering magnificent views of the Hida Mountains (Northern Alps), including Mt. Kasa and Mt. Shakujo.

✿ Directions: 18-minute walk from Nakao Kogen (Ashiyu-mae) bus stop on the Nohi Bus Hirayu/Shin-Hotaka Line

Hi, Thanks for watching my video. This was taken on Feb 5, 2023. The temp was around -4 degrees.

@@rachellim3830 I think it’s possible. Last time we went here it was the end of December. It was snowing and there was already a lot of snow at that time. But it still depends on the weather conditions.
May I know at what month (early or late month) you visit Shinhatoka
Hi, thanks for watching my video. We came here in the first week of Feb this year. But you can already experience snow this month.
What date is this? Were going on March 10 not sure if there is still snow
