I’m from Sheffield and I’ve seen him. I thought at the time ‘why is this man busking!’ He’s brilliant! Also his Italian pronunciation is pretty perfect!
This guy is so incredible! I’ve seen him so many times in Sheffield and Bakewell. So talented and so humble and always takes the time to say hello and talk to people and is so genuine. I hope and pray you go really far with your talents as you deserve a big break! X
I'm battling Cancer for the 2nd time in a 2yrs. When I'm feeling overwhelmed, this man's voice lifts my spirits up. I can't even count how many times I listened to this song. I would love to see him & Jonathan Antoine together 😁 ❤️

Opera is a long and difficult road. To get to the Metropolitan Opera House takes years of touring the Opera Houses of Europe, after years of training. Maxwell is better off with Popera, which is what Bocelli does. Also, he can do West End Musicals like Les Miserables and Phantom and make more money than opera stars.
It seems as if your saying don't put too much into singing Opera and concentrate on West End shows, that would be tragic, a great loss for all. Andrea Bocelli sings Opera and also as you put it Popera ( I must admit a word I dislike) there is no reason he cannot do both, but his magical voice is best suited for Opera. I hope all will be looking to further his career.

Every real opera singer does concerts and albums to supplement their incomes and that is still not as lucrative as what Bocelli does. Bocelli is not an opera singer, he sings arias on occasion, but he has never sung an entire opera at the Met, or La Scala. Pavarotti was an Opera singer who was well known because of his concerts and then The Three Tenors, all who were real opera singers who sang at the Met.

It's not just the high notes he can hit, flawlessly, but also the touching tenderness when he hit them with such commending emotions...I would love to go to his concert in the near future.

The at home viewer voters did not make him the winner. He came in 9th in the Finals. Not all GBs win. Why didn't Ant and Dec give him a GB?
