Yup.... but thats the point. Dry ice is cold and dense and thus drops downwards... steam is hot.... thus it rises upwards. Performance will inevitably be effected!
@@valerioguagnelliscanzani643 la prova con il giaccio secco è dettata dal fatto che è un piano cottura da esposizione, dunque non installato in un ambiente idoneo per cucinare. Ci sono i video ufficiali Elica che ne dimostrano le prestazioni anche con vapore o fumi da cucina. Se la cappa NikolaTesla è filtrante deve avere i filtri al carbone attivo, altrimenti c'è l'opzione aspirante con impianto e tubo verso l'esterno. Se l'obiettivo è mantenere l'ambiente cucina salubre e pulito, l'ipotesi dei filtri non al carbone è da sconsigliare in qualunque tipologia di cappa aspirante.
Grazie del suggerimento. La "silenziosità" desunta da un video dipenderebbe anche dal microfono con cui si registra l'audio e dalle casse con cui lo si ascolta. Di norma si misurano i decibel di intensità. Al seguente link riportano le caratteristiche tecniche: "LIVELLO SONORO 59 db(A) aspirante- 65 db(A) filtrante". Such a system is always under question (even with this video which has piano sound to cover the high engine sound). If you are cooking a lot, then this system is NOT the proper one, just go for the proper classic ventilation system.
