Its better to consult veterinary doctor... But plz don't keep Oscar away for such long time.. It might be not good for his mental health...it might be disturbing for him... Plz think consult doc n only follow doc advice.. And do aryans blood test..
Please Soumali Don't do this with Oscar.. 4 months without his family he can't live. It will be very painful for him. I can tell u this cause I am the parent of 3 fur kids. Kindly don't keep him anywhere. Please I am not hear to frighten u.. Training can be done for 1 to 2 hr per day. As per my knowledge there will be no need to keep our baby away from us. I request u to kindly do research first and then take any final decision about keeping him outside. Please please please.. it's a heartfelt request. I can feel your pain. But keeping him away from u and family is not the good option. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 also getting both of them neutered is the best option. Oscar is very special for me as well. Cause I have started watching your vlogs and subscribed your channel only to watch Oscar. U can walk them twice or thrice a day. It will help him to drain the energy. U can take help of walker as well as trainer at the same time. But please don't keep him away. Please please please. Separation anxiety will be a bigger issue. Getting them neutered is absolutely safe and healthy for them both. Training can happen every day for few hours. Please talk to doctors at Cesna

You are absolutely right there is no need for this. Oscar need he’s family and not strangers. Sometimes moving a way from home their health deteriorates and life expectancy as well. I am very much worried for Oscar if soumali let him stay a way from home. 😢
It’s common knowledge for dog parents not to have two male dogs at a time unless they are adopted together from
Puppy stage.
Training also should have been done from 6 months of age.
Since you did not consider the above before , please go ahead with training and then neuter. Neutering also changes the dog behavior but that’s your best option.

Utter rubbish you have spoken that a GSD cannot live with other breed dogs!! There so many pet parent’s who have both German Shepherd and other dogs as well. Including myself who have a GSD and a Lab who stays well together… it’s your fault that you couldn’t train both the dogs from young age!! I have told you before also.. train them or else they will fight with each other… Neutering won’t solve your issue but proper training will. Neutering will worsen it… you stay in Bangalore, there are plenty of good trainers who can solve this issue by training them!! I hope you do the best for them. I really feel bad for Oscar now

Never keep or give away your lil innocent pet outside. It will go into depression. Training can be done on day to day basis with good coach. Needs patience. We also had same situation. Some breeds are ferocious but once they get trained well … they will be fine. Give some time to him also.
I have 3 dogs. Two male.and one is female...we were having the same issue with my female and male.. they used to fight a lot. But after getting Simba neutured , everything has changed a lot...i am sharing my stories that may help u.. right now we r in Bangalore... just get him neutured and give extra care snd attention. Trust me everything will be fine....
Soumali the trainer is absolutely right. Both the dogs have to be neutered together for them to coexist.
And he's right about the training before neutering also. If he's neutered right now, behavior problems wont go away immediately.
Soumali consult a vet first. And as said by one of your subscriber plz dont keep him away for so long. He will be heartbroken.
You are blessed to find such a good trainer close to where you reside. We too have a golden retriever at our place. And yes they love to be cuddled and kissed all the time. They show their happiness and are extremely expressive. Oscar is shant but he is possessive like any other dog. Good trainer will surely sort out these issues. Oscar is such a Sweet boy❤
Don't do this Soumali..dont keep Oscar away like ....get both neutered....they will do there training but mentally he will be more depressed...he won't be able to see you ..dont u think it will be more worse
when you were ready for the next dog and went ot the adoction center , the guide there suggested that you dont adobt another dog and they were not ready to give a dog remember. I think they were right. I know you cant do anything about it now. 🙂
Dont seperate the dog it will be worst. Give Anxocare himalaya company tablet for dogs. It works wonder. It calms them down. Ayurvedic tablet. I have given my dogs within 6 months you will see difference. But be regular.
Your decision to send Oscar for training is a good one. German Shepheard's learn and follow commands very well. Also neutering may not always solve behavorial issues. I am a pet parent of a male golden retriever. My Dr one of the best in Delhi had asked us not to neuter him as with age they face other health issues. Your problem will be solved if both Oscar and Milo are trained professionally. That will help control them better.
Big dogs like Oscar and Milo require to spend their energy either through vigorous play or running. They need physical activity everyday. These breeds are not meant to keep inside the house , they need to socialize. Oscar is in his puberty now so such hyperactivity is expected. Take suggestions from the veterinarian too. Don't just believe this " famous " trainer. As a pet mom of 8 dogs I know that gut wrenching feeling when you think how to find a better way for your problems without having to compromise on anything. ❤to both little 'dushto'.

Hey Soumali, keeping Oscar away is not a good idea.. it not good for his mental health, they get into depression soon… my heartfelt request is to not keep him away😢 specially Oscar is big enough now training at a younger age is different… let him be the way he is.. I am also an pet owner I know how they feel when they are away…. Also how they keep them hygiene factor etc are very important

I am nobody to judge but as a pet mom I can say exercise is extremely imp for German shepherd they are aggressive dog . Given the job u and Mithun do do , it’s extremely difficult to give them time . Please hire a dog walker minimum 2 hrs walk everyday but regular outing beaches play ground playing fetch with them . All this problem will be solved . They are not meant to be house dog , pls understand that . U need to take them out all the time which u guys don’t have time . Sending away won’t help

It's not a good decision.
Board and train doesnt really help. It gives lot of separation anxiety. We let our dog go out 6 times a day with walker. Ans that keeps him calm inside the house

meri bachcha jab 2 months the tab Nicky ko rescue kiya tha aab woh 5 yrs pass kar rahi hain. within 1 yrs main Nicky ko spay kara diya. everything perfectly fine. neuter spay kara chahiye jo bachcha indoor mein rahte hain.
Soumali I am the parent of 4 furry babies ..neutering is the best option ..get Milo also neutered ....health wise also it will be best.

Didi, get them both neutered under the supervision of an experienced vet. They will come into heat frequently and it is very painful for them because they can't mate. Neutering will help to calm them down and they will be a little bit docile after the procedure.
I have no idea about a four month training program for GSD but it sounds like Oscar is being sent to a reformatory school or a military school. I like Milo too but Oscar is so special. We will miss him in your vlogs too. I hope you will consult your vet and other people who are knowledgeable on the subject and take the right decision for Oscar. Whatever decision you make, wishing you good luck. 🙂 I think after Oscar you should enroll Milo for some training too. He needs a little discipline.

Its a humble request Soumali pls do not send Oscar away for such a long time . They go into depression . Ive seen my pet go thru this . They cant speak but they cant stay without their loved ones . So please do not send him away . Neutering itself will mellow him down . Rest up to you

Neutering is very very important for the health of pets because it cat or dog you should have neutered Oscar a long time ago neutering is nothing to do with loosing body parts the more delay you do the more aggressive he will get it’s the nature how this works

I had adopted a dog, and his sibling would live in my driveway. They would play together. We shifted and couldn't take the one in drive way. After 2 years i was able to adopt the second one. Both being from same mother and playful, ince i got the 2nd one, the first one wouldn't accept and would try to bite him each time he moved. This kept on happening for 4 months. I would bot feed them together, would keep both on leash so they could be separated if they get in a fight. But slowly gradually first one started accepting the second one

I have 10 dogs but i never abandoned anyone away from hoem for even 1 day.. if u keeo him away he wll be more depressed..already he is a sensitive boy.. please di.. noone can understand than.better dn u.. milo came.later..oscar is first kid of urs.. please neuter.. i have neutered all my rescues.. and my pets trust me.. ora onek shanto hoyejaye. Two male dogs kept together may be frightening. Mating is absolutely important for dogs, be it male or female, other wise they become ferocious. And when you knew German sheperds are possessive, why did you get a golden retriever.

We should not panic until final outcome i know something great will come my dog did the same we didn’t leave him because we didn’t had any place but we trained him we became like him we learnt his needs and now he’s well and happy
