Not sure I want a horseradish sour cream- I'm sure it'll work well, but, the horsey would seem to be counter to and not compliment the smoked jalapeno's I'll use in the salsa. Needs some pickled onions, too. Homemade tortillas would also be on the menu for that day. Yup, it's coming together.

02:50 Raichlen put that raw meat too close to the cooked meat on that grill. Ramsey often yelled at people for that not only on Hell's Kitchen but also on Kitchen Nightmares. Even fast-food workers know not to do that. A health inspector would have written them up for that.
