This is what I did to fix it, ensured my battery is charged to 100%, turned the device off, connected the charger to my wall, not the pc/laptop, booted into recovery, went to update and connected to my wifi, it will fail a couple of times, just tap the two arrows in the same line as your wifi to and then choose the same connection as you did before, do this a few times to force the update to download and install, keep your charger connected until it restarts.

Thanks, I tried 3 or 4 times and it started downloading. Battery wasn't on 100% but phone was connected to charger, I don't know if it makes a difference.

I just pressed volume up button and power button at the same time and it restarts and works better than before

Thanks, worked for me. Mine's problem was the finger print sensor.

Assalam.o.alaikum. Bhai jan mery pass huwai mate 9 ha. Usmy yehi issu ah raha ha. Kabhi update ah jata ha. Or kabhi backup reset ki screen ah jati. Or masla hal nai ho raha. Or apny ap off ho jata ha.
