I used to feel that way. Not because of abuse by a narcissist, but because I grew up with a father who left and didn't care, and a mother who was a miserable wreck who gave up on everything. She didn't know how to show love and affection, even to her kids, and never did. The slightest little tiny amount of stress would set her off yelling and swearing, and if ever the smallest obstacle to achieving a task or goal came along she would give up and quit. That's what I learned growing up. It took me until my mid 40s to be able to let go and live a happy life.
I sometimes battle with this. It is so painfull and I get so angry at certain points. But just as you said. We will all heal!
I accept myself for feeling how I do. I know that how I feel is valid. I am allowed to be human and have emotions. I am gentle and nurture myself when I feel uncomfortable. It is okay to be who I am. It is okay to express myself. 🦋🍍🌟

I have something very important to say to the makers. This video here has changed my life drastically. I don’t know what have you done here but I have solved the puzzle of my research finally. For 1st 2 days of doing this meditation I cried my eyes out releasing loads of past memories and making peace with them. Then for next few days I simply listened to this and guidance came in through various articles and visuals for Me. Finally while I have studied about 5D Manifestation before but it did not make much sense. Somehow meditating on this masterpiece everything makes sense. Convert it to a .wav file. It takes up a huge amount of space on you phone but it has it's full quality.
@@hunnqy3102 it doesn't work like that. CZcams is Mp3. Converting an MP3 to wavefile does absolutely nothing. Also, youtube is set for the highest quality of sound to 360p. Listening at a higher quality only wastes data as it does nothing more. You cannot add quality to an MP3. There isn't something hidden. That is the point of an MP3 that it erases data and condenses it so that you use less data. You can only convert to less quality but you can never convert to higher quality. I hope I have helped.

My entire life, I have been extremely hard on myself, but for the past year, I have been going through some depression because I feel done with who I am. I see myself as a truly ugly and horrible person, though my family and husband tell me I've never done anything to justify such negativity towards myself. I have been told, and have felt, that I had a very bad past life and carry lots of residual guilt surrounding it. I now realize that I must move past this to carry on with my life and to grow a family as I desire. I must open my heart, and realize that I am as beautiful as those around me see me, inside and out. No more hiding inside my heart. I'm coming out, opening wide, and letting every last bit of love out thay I can.

We all need to feel that, we are all deserving of that kind of love. It really truly starts with the willingness to find that kind of love for ourselves within ourselves. The more I find to accept and love every part of me, spirt, body, ego and sexuality, the more I can feel that love from others.
There are plenty of people who, love me unconditionally. I walked with so much, shame, guilt, and discussed with myself beginning at the earliest age I can remember. The society I was brought up in was extremely religious. The religion basically governs the state. They won't tell you that, tho. Anyway, as early as being in my mother's womb, I was receiving energy that I wasn't good enough. As life started and I experienced the harshness of this world, that thought process rang true. All the information I received from the people around would constantly confirm the world to be right.
I have been searching for ways to stop feeling. Finding the most comfort in opioids. I have spent the majority of my life addicted and in the never ending chase for the next high.
I was free from all mind altering chemicals for a number of years. So basically, I started feeling again. I needed love and I was sure once I found someone outside of me, who promised to love and take care of me forever.

I am really beyond surprised to say this worked for me. I haven't been able to feel love at all not whatsoever for almost a year and a half. And after playing this just a little bit. I actually felt love for the first time in what felt like forever. I can feel my heart vibrating in my chest. There is a tingling of energy flowing out in ripples, like gentle waves. There is a cleansing & an invitation to heal. We are made up of vibrations starting with the beating of our own hearts. I believe that the heart is the first organ in the human body to be formed. From what I understand, the power & energy which our hearts radiate out is very strong, expanding way beyond our physical selves. Our hearts are where our feelings of love & compassion are anchored in our three dimensional selves. This is how we connect with others. Through our hearts. First way to let it work, stop any thinking or thought process. Let meditation work and slow down your mind! It will not work if you do not allow this to happen. You will know! You will feel the transformation first from the mind then at the place of your heart...where you begin to feel a sense of warmth, love and compassion for self and others. When you have felt this, rest assured you have opened your heart chakra. Be very careful, there is darkness that will prevent good people from reaching heaven and peace. Maybe because they have a longer road trip to take so they bring on attacks and envy. Making this even more difficult to obtain and keep. But don't quit. Needed this after years of bullying and abuse from my sister who has NPD. Caused a bad heart blockage. This causes me to cry and release that emotional pain.
I hope you manage to heal from the pain and trauma. My late mum had npd too, so I can empathize. She died almost three years ago and it has affected me in a fascinating way. Because in a way I lost her twice. So now my heart chakra is completely blocked.
It may be a coincidence, but since I've been listening to this daily people are... kinda nicer to me? My friends seem more affectionate and happy to be around me.

My mum passed over to the other side/spirit world 4 years ago. Ive changed so much since then. i used to be so energetic and have infinite happiness to give. Nowadays i often feel tired. I used to hear everyones problems/issues and heal them. Now i rather keep to myself, and offer help where i may. I used to be very angry and easily irritatable. Now i am able to control my impulses and non get triggered quickly/ be very moody.
Overall tho i feel something isnt right energetically in my body and i read a comment of someone saying anyone else feeling dissasociative and having a lack of empathy. And thats exactly how i have felt for a long time! I never drew the connection to the heart chakra and these types of symptoms. Hoping this is what i need to feel normal again. Heal the trauma that runs deep

It is OK and those ppl did have problems with them self and took it on me. I'm perfectly fine. I'm strong and out of this experience only good things come my way❤. guys idk if this is a crazy coincidence but i have this close friend who like completely shut me out for like 4 months, i kid you not i listened to this audio twice for about 20 minutes, and today she randomly came to a hangout and we hugged and chatted as if we didn’t just not hangout for 4 months. we didn’t even make plans she just came up even though she’s been avoiding me for forever AAHHH IM SO HAPPYYYYY. not sure if it has anything to do with my heart chakra opening, or my vibrations being aligned through this audio, or if it’s a complete coincidence- either way i’m like astonished

Im an empath and i come into contact with a lot of negative people, most of the time their negative energy does not affect me but I met someone with so much negativity and hate and so much baggage I had to unfriend them and block them because it was too much and they were a horrible person overall. They left me a ‘wonderful’ gift of a negative energy blockage in my heart chakra that feels like a weight that’s so strong it unbalanced everything and was quite actually psychically hurting me so here I am looking for a cleanse
