The characters in the beginning are from Mystery Men - highly underrated superhero movie before Marvel and DC started pumping them out regularly.

Walking On The Sun is a great song by Smash Mouth.
Oh wow, Smash Mouth! Okay, this is quite the rabbit hole you just started. And ironically, while they have a lot of hits, after their first song a lot of people where passing them off as a one-hit-wonder...then their second album exploded. So "Walkin' on the Sun" is their first hit and absolutely must be done at some point. "Diggin' Your Scene," "Then The Morning Comes," and "Can't Get Enough of You Baby" are also great hits.
Back in MY day, people knew how to make party music that EVERYONE vibed with 😅👴❤
I was 13 when this came out. It was just a catchy song back then, but the lyrics mean more now that I’m older. Ugh I hate getting old lol. “It’s a cool place, and they say it gets colder. You’re bundled up now, wait till you get older”. Damn.
