Does the ink percentages work with the xp15000 or just industrial dtf printers?? Thank you will definitely test of these ink percentages…I’m have the same problem with dull images
I’m not sure about the XP15000 but it should be possible do you have a setting in your printing software where you can increase the white ink %
I believe my rip software (V10.1) only goes to 100% on white. However, when I press white on a colored or black shirt, the white changes to a light shade of that color. For instance, if I press white on a black shirt, it turns to a light grey. Or if I press on orange, white becomes a lighter orange. How can I fix this? I have tried everything from shaking the white ink, to doing a print head cleaning.

Hello Benjamin, were you able to fix this issue? I am having the same problem! I have watched many videos and one thing I noticed is that if you print as a picture, not a graphic people have great results. However, my software does not have that option. Does your? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

I have a off subject question. I see you have a panda dft in your video I have 1 also but I have trouble getting the paper in and to read it and then when I do I start printing then it stops mid print and flashes red for the paper and ink did you ever have that happen and if so do you know why? I'm having this problem. Thanks

It’s a simple fix
Thank you for the video. On your second print (fixed print) is the white enough to put on dark shirts? I have been having that issue with my printer white, but mine looks about the same as your print. When I put my prints on dark colors such as black it makes the white look gray.
Ideally, make sure the white is at 100% to insure proper prints and longevity!

Try raising the film when printing so the printing head has better contact.

Do you use the panda dtf printer as well? Thats the one I have and as far as the RIP 10.1 how do you get the colors at the bottom after you printed a image? Mine doesn't do that. BTW. Because of your videos I decided to purchase the panda dtf printer.. so thank you :)

I follow all of these steps, but only the next two or three prints has white printed on top and I have to do all these steps again. I used to never have this problem until now.

Can you help me out. I'm having a weird issue, it's the opposite. I'm printing some of the greatest stuff then when I steam press the design it gets faded looking. It doesn't keep it's nice colors. White turns to like a bluish grey, it's weird. I'm printing on black t shirts and they look horrible.

You want the print to be more « pale » on the backing.

I can’t change white ink to 200%. Acrorip 10.3
Normal 100% is prefect and even the regular 70% will do the trick in most cases.
