19:34 While American cats make imaginary biscuits, Italian cats are talented knitters.
Le Creuset will have its name on the lid, and the inside part of the lid will be smooth, won’t have all those bumps.
That maroon colored dish with a lid is pampered chef and I love mine. It's called a deep covered baking dish. i make the best baked chicken in mine, it's always moist and wonderful!! My heart skipped a beat, I never see them in the wild. ❤️
There’s this thrift store out where I live in Texas and it has this one section of Fenton, Murano, etc all the things CLL looks for. And every time I’m in there, I think “I wish she could walk around this with me and tell me what’s worth picking up and what’s not!” I’m learning a lot from you Jocelyn so thank you for always taking us with you. I would have ever picked up this Mexican wood carved Toucan bird if I didnt watched your channel. And sure enough it sold about two days after listing it. So thank you for your knowledge!
I believe it's Laura Caldwell who gets the giggles when she encounters the Penquin ice bucket...
Yes, exactly right you are.
Good finds today. Loved the comment when you found the turnip canister. "What would you put in there. Oh good place to hide cookies cause who'd look for cookies in a turnip canister " great!!
That was a lol moment for me, too.
The Penguin servers were very common in the 50s and 60s. Every woman in my family had one, so family picnics would see a parade of Penguin servers with everything from hotdogs to baked beans to potato salad. Interesting that it wasn’t till after I was married and given one of my own that I EVER heard of someone using it as an ice bucket. It was always used for food - either hot or cold. I now have two - my own and my mother’s. It makes a great display piece, and it’s useful, too!
Yes, I'm almost 60 and my mom put her fried chicken in it after frying it. I still remember it setting on our table.
Memories.
Love your Valentine manicure!
Laura Caldwell (introduced by you!) finds those penguin ice buckets like you find praying hands! Great video as always!! Thank you!! I hope Laurel is doing well!!❤️
I thought it was a bean pot
It’s funny I said the same thing to myself about Laura Caldwell finding one every time she out thrifting lol
I used to see them all the time but its been at leasr a year since I have seen them. They are pretty, though.
I had the penguin ice bucket it wwas my moms. I am 72
I had my mom’s ice bucket and loved it. It keeps ice for a long time
"I'm not going to pick it up just because it's Fenton."
Me: "Literally my main criteria."
Those wood cars a reminiscent of product at Hobby Lobby. Cheaply made. When I worked there we carried a tube of super glue and were told to repair anything that could be 'saved'.
I just found your channel today & I've watched like over 8 videos! I'm soo happy I found you! 🤩
Woohoo! Thanks for watching! Glad you’re enjoying them.
She has very teachable moments. I have learned so much from watching her. Be careful though, Andrew purposely mispronouces words like Limoge and then you'll never be able to pronounce it correctly again. lol
Welcome!!!🎉
Welcome to the channel. The nicest people view this channel, IMO. Again, you are welcome here. Lynn in Arizona
Welcome! 👋
The pottery "DAVE" is a "thing"...research it and you will find that he is an artist.
My mom used to always serve potatoes in that penguin pot. Kept them nice and hot
My MIL used that penguin container when she made pancakes or French toast for a crowd.
Lol...Laura Caldwell would laugh at that penguin ice bucket!
I have one of the penguin ice buckets. Not only does it make a great ice bucket, but if you put it in the freezer for about an hour, it keeps salads nice & cold as well. Fun finds.
Kia ora. I live in Auckland, NZ. Have been watching you and Drew for a few years now. Do enjoy your content.
That red covered casserole dish looks a lot like a pampered chef dish, I have one exactly like it but it’s green
Yep, it is. 🤓
That penguin ice bucket is life!!
I have my grandparents penguin ice bucket. It’s a rite of passage to find and flip one for profit!!
I have a use that I am trying to find top missing tea pots. I saw someone hang them outside with bird seeds in it. Tiping down so water drained out spout.
I make birdhouses out of teapots with lids..the lid is the roof of the porch..hang with spout down for drainage..they all turn out so pretty

Please take care of yourself, great to know you also are in the Crazy Lamp Lady fan club! 😊💕
Hope you feel better ❤
I have that penguin thingy. It was my Mothers. She would put hot meals in there that we would take to church.
Lots of fun I enjoy them all!!!
The maroon deep covered baker is Pampered Chef. Retail is $99
eBay solds are $35 or less. & shipping would be high due to the weight.
I love that stone set, I’ve found two at goodwill and I’ve broken three 😢
I have the exact pampered chef covered casserole dish. I may have used it once
Mine was a gift I use it to make 40 clove chicken and then weight lift it to put it away lol
I still have mine years later. Love it. But agree with the high shipping.
Always fun riding along seeing what you buy.
I watched your 2nd Whatnot sale and I wanted to say I think you and Andrew did great and my favorite part was you standing firm at the end (before I dipped out, so that may have changed) to everyone's raid wants. Keep doin' you. 👍 You're crushin' it.
What does that mean? What's a raid on Whatnot? I need the tea lol
Here’s what I’ve gleaned.
Once a sale is completed on what not, the seller/host can opt to send their viewers into another sale that’s live. Essentially the viewers “raid” another what not sale.
Jocelyn did it for her first sale and the recipient of the raid was so so thankful. But she decided not to for her second sale.
@Allyson Martin ooh thanks for replying. I'm not surprised Jocelyn stood her ground. She's a tough cookie 🙂
My Granny had a penguin ice bucket like that but hers had black handles. It was from the 60’s or 70’s.
The penguin ice bucket is adorable!
Lots of fun discoveries and leave-behind choices. I learn something every video!
Love what you buy I hope all is good for you and family
Anytime I donate something with a lid, I now tape them together.
Magic Eraser will get the marks off the bust planter without damaging the piece. #mybestfriendforscuffs
I loved the bust planter. Ashland is a Michael's brand. So now I wanna go to Michael's!!!
Enjoyed the video very much liked what you did find pretty neat stuff anyway thanks for the video I will catch you on the next one
You found great stuff, love the canisters and the tower tea light..😍
LOVE the canisters!
Love your videos!! Thanks for the education
Another Fun and exciting video and I learn more and more everytime. Joycelyn your my Favorite reseller 🥰
Love the pottery you found!!! ❤️
I enjoy your videos. You have a soft voice and are polite. It’s nice to see. I’m considering trying the resell business and watching videos to check out other sellers process. I’m glad I found your channel.
I am commenting as soon as I see you put back that uranium glass bowl! The one here is a more yellow glass but I have the exact design in green & it glows!
I love😍the Penguin🐧ice bucket. I have found 3 of them in the past couple years. Gave one to my niece $15, one to my sister $20 and I kept one. The one I kept was $1 at a yard sale!!🎉👏🎉
I used to have those wooden fruits. There was like 8-9 pieces plus a leaf shaped plate/bowl to hold the all. I gave them to my Mom because she liked them.
Penguin ice buckets were everywhere 10 years ago. Then none. Grabbed one at a yard sale recently and was giddy. FOMO I guess. Jocelyn, I don't know how you have the energy to do what you do. Today I traveled an hour to pick up an eBay purchase & decided to thrift that town. I did 6 and I'm absolutely exhausted. Then I came home and watched you thrift while I ate dinner. HaHa! P.S. I had a bad case of baggy envy until today when I got to fondle some for the first time at Savers. Got some Talavera and Talavera-like smalls. Cured! LOL! Thank you for teaching us. You are too generous.
Come to Michigan. They are everywhere. I was so surprised she picked that up.
Those ice buckets are always a great find!! 👍
Love the video ❤️❤️
I have one of those penguin ice chests. Was my parents back in the 60’s. Love it and use it.
Have a great evening!
I like the Vegetable Canisters... cute!
Love the tea light.
Space Invaders and Campers... Luv it👍
The Starbucks coffee cups should have lids with them to so he made a good deal👍🥰🍀
I have that penguin ice bucket with black top somewhere in my house or attic. I was hoping you would pick up the big wooden pear..not with the little fruits. I have this thing about 🍐s.
I make pears out of a lightbulb..cover them with crotchet yarn, put a stem and hot glue a leaf and put them in an old container..look cute. Was the Longeberger roaster cracked..everyone said it was worth a lot? I have the petite complete fruit canister set with salt and pepper Japan on bottom. That USA set you got was good, never seen that set..you can hide cookies and candy for you and Andrew..lol 😊😂 I am telling you if you are ever in WV you can pick my attic and garage. I keep buying but never got around to selling anything, but that was my intention for years. Can’t go to sleep at night until I get My Crazy Lamp Lady fix.❤❤❤❤
Your GW looks so neat and organized
So did the wooden bear fit the clear glass container you found???
Yes..we want to know! Lol
Yes want to know
I'm guilty too did the bear 🐻 fit
Need to know 😜
Need to know for sure!!
The maroon rectangular pot with the lid that you said "is that Longaberber" is from Pampered Chef, it is their covered baker and retailed for over $60 back in the day. I have one and it is like a tagine or dutch oven and you can cook a pork tenderloin in the microwave in 5 minutes! I love mine. You can Google a lot of recipes too.
Pampered chef and worth a mint! Cooks anything wonderful
Loved that wagon!
Hi Jocelyn! I’m old enough to remember when that stainless steel ice bucket was used in our elementary school for the teachers iced tea! I will just say that that was in the 1960s!! Just to give you a time frame, Thanks, love your videos! Christina 🍋
Celery dish next to maroon longeberger casserole was very vintage! I have one
Maroon baking dish is Pampered Chef Covered Baker. New it was around $89.00. I have one and love it. It's great for baking chicken and roasts.
My Granny McCoy used her penguin ice bucket for potato or macaroni salads, anything with mayo. She chilled it in the fridge. I still use it! 🌷
I have that milk glass fan vase, and it's one of my favorite pieces of milk glass.
That was a good decision to leave the cups. You picked up some really great items !!
That is so funny. Laura Caldwell finds those penguin ice buckets everywhere!!
Love the tea light round castle turret thingy. My sister buys Similar pieces at an art show in Dallas and pays quite a bit for them. Clay tea light holders for the win!
I have two of those penguin thermal containers, popular in the fifties for keeping food hot or cold at gatherings. My mom had it and I got it.
It was a fun trip :) Have a wonderful week everyone!!!!!!!!
The burgundy roster was probably pampered chef. Great cookware for personal use.
Thanks
I think you found some really cool stuff. 👍🏼😁
The clear angel candle holder you touched is LE Smith. I have one in a different color and love it. I know the prices are all over the board though and it may not have had enough profit. You have the sweetest family!
Glad you left the Starbucks cups. Lol.
I loved the tall white and black Asian statues!!!
oh my gosh, i picked up the same penguin ice bucket last week
I know exactly which Bluey episode that was! And yes, definitely a “space invader.” 😂
The little piggy's whose heads pop off is a miniature tea set. The heads are the tops for the teapot, cream, etc. 🙂
Hey have a wonderful weekend
The spoon rest at 12.09 sells for 45 approximately I picked one up for 3 dollars
I think that was a rutabaga on the canister instead of a turnip. Whenever I see a penguin ice bucket I think of Laura Caldwell. Nice finds!
That was a purple top turnip. The root of “turnip greens”.
Samantha welcome to the pack. Jocelyn has a whatnot Chanel aswell
The penguin ice bucket is on my list of things I want to find in the wild.
Those vegetable canisters are very cool..!
I prefer odd numbers. With my sterling flatware I bought 9 place settings for spares if a piece gets lost or damaged. Same with crystal stemware and dishes. (Back in the 70s we were still using those fancy things!) I’ve always bought spares for anything being used. 🌷
Yes, I would take the turnip canister and put cookies in it.
You like cats, dogs, birds, bears, owls, etc., etc. and so do I.
You found a penguin ice bucket?! So jealous. I've been outbid on a few of those in auctions
Tea pots with no lids make beautiful planters
I have the ice bucket and love it ❤
Oh my that music!!!😮
Isn't is amazing how many people don't use the "bubble rule" in a thrift store? Don't step into the bubble...wait until the person steps away! LOL I had a space invader just yesterday!
They do it because they’re “afraid” the person already there will grab that “prize possession”!!🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
They’re so keen to scoop up any treasures before anyone else. I can understand if they’re resellers and their livelihood depends on it. I’m just an amateur who likes to linger, looking for interesting objects and amazed at the weird stuff that someone has donated!
Not your business, not your rules. I wonder what type of resellers actually wait for other to finish looking through an area before they go there. NOBODY! If people waited then anyone would just hog all the good areas and take all the good stuff. LMAO
@@MissPepperss spoken like someone who feels the “bubble rule” doesn’t apply to them!
I always wait never invade people's space
I have my mom in laws penguin hot cold bucket, then found two more, love them!
Loving your nails😍
The Rae Dunn mom vases. Would be awesome for mothers day 2 @ 1.49 each is a good buy.
I have the diamond point milk glass vase. I use it as a toothbrush hokder
That was Pampered Chef’s Deep Covered Baker in cranberry. I LOVE mine!!!
There was a white ironstone tureen with brown transfer to the left of the burgundy Pampered Chef baking dish. Would've loved to have seen you pick that up!
8:06 That mini green metal chair? My Sister just sent me one , from her Goodwill. I collect mini chairs. Oh to have a pair ❤
That caught my eye too.
I drink my coffee in one of those plastic starbucks cups, mine came with a lid! It was super cheap. I never use mugs 😆
You found 'the item of the day!". Well, that's why my ex-husband and I used to call the West Bend Penguin hot and cold server. Yours is a later version because it doesn't have the bakelite handles. We called it item of the day because we inevitably saw at least one every antique store shopping trip.
I don't have much luck with Starbucks stuff, EXCEPT, for the black and white mugs from cities. Now, those sell well.
... and the 12th man lives EVERYWHERE!
