i think you should have some plastic wrap outside the balloon it won't stick with chocolate then you can peel it easier :)

I tried and the balloon busted on me, and chocolate all over the place! LOL

I love how you actually reply to us all, nobody does that but everyone should. I tried the chocolate drip bowl with a balloon and it worked!!!!! XD. I did the one with the red target at the top but I used dark chocolate instead, it tasted really good too, not rubbery at all. Thanks for everything and keep making tons more videos to do with chocolate!! I'll watch and try them all xxx
