What did you do about the VIN plate? Is there a way for him to move the one over from the damaged midsection?
I’m in Missouri and each outboard is titled so the vin plate has to match.
Also while setting the powerhead, could you just turn the flywheel to get it to align?
Also did you mention grease on the shaft, if so I missed it.
Lastly do you have the link to part 2?
They have damaged my stuff also. And they did nothing
My father passed away in 2000 and I have his 1958 Sea Horse 10. I know it ran back in 2000 but it's been sitting all of these years. My mom moved back to New York from their South Jersey house on the water. When she moved back we somehow lost or sold off the matching gas tank with hose to run this thing. Any suggestions on getting this running again. I'd like to sell a running motor. TY. Love this video.

I find it way easier to put the LU in gear and spin the prop to line it up.
Totally Frustrating especially when companies don’t honour they’re guarantees and warranties.
