​@@owli6348 I usually drag the hitsound wav file into this program called Audacity (it's free). important: the project rate down the bottom left should be set to 44100 otherwise tf2 can't play it. Hit ctrl + A to select all the audio. Then up the top choose 'Effect' then choose normalize value: -1 then go ok. Then go to 'Effect' and choose Amplify then tick the little checkbox that says 'allow clipping' and set the amplification to 12 and go ok. You can go higher or lower than 12db if needed (test in game). Don't play the audio just go 'File' and export to hitsound.wav to ur desktop or something make sure in the export window it's saving as a 16-bit PCM not anything higher or tf2 can't play it

There is no killcam lol

@@emptyacronym Yep. Same thing can happen with a sentry. If an Engie disconnects or he switches to another class, your killcam will be stationary.
