I’m upset Nell left she’s the glue that holds the team I hope she comes back and hetty it was sooo nice to see her back hope she can pop out occasionally love that lady
@@dhinton1 yeah while it did get renewed thats true but that renewal only came though after the finale was filmed and so they had the mindset it maybe was the series finale
@@karenbell5309 none of the shows on CBS were renewed prior to the filming of their finales, tho. lol ... that doesn't mean anything. @@IWantToMature85 yes. Barrett Foa and Renée Felice Smith both chose to leave working full-time on NCIS: LA due to the NUMEROUS projects they have. Renée literally JUST dropped a book not even a month ago. and Barrett has been in a theatrical production since S10.
this makes me so sad i really wanted ops nell but also that's just bc i have a massive soft spot for nell like i know she never wanted hetty's job bc she hates all the manipulation
(1) it's nice to see Neric being ... well ... Neric 😂😂😂 (2) I should have seen this coming. one of the scenarios (regarding Eric's offer) that played in my head going into the week leading to this episode WAS a job for her taking her away from OSP ... but I talked myself out of that possibility. I should have known this was coming .... I'm thrilled for #theWonderTwins 😎 even though I'll miss them on the show 💯
Was it their decision to leave? I’m shocked. The show has been on for a while and they were on for so long so why not stay until the end. It will probably get two more seasons tops.
Yes. Barrett and Renée have been working on SEVERAL projects outside NCIS: LA over the last 3 seasons ... which is the main reason why I should have seen this coming. It REALLY makes sense that these two "left" together. The signs were right there and I ignored them. NCIS: LA is not in any danger of running out. It was the ONLY show on CBS that had an 18-episode order in this pandemic-impacted season. NO OTHER show had over 16. NCIS itself only had 14, I do believe. It might get as many episodes as the flagship, when it's all said and done.
@@dhinton1 thank you David for replying twice and explaining that so well! Sorry for just getting back with you. I can’t wait to see how NCIS ends their season tonight.
Ok sticking strictly to the story, Nell never really wanted Hetty's job, yes she can do it and does it well however I think was in season 10 or 11 where she had a serious conversation blew up to Hetty and literally told her the"FU I don't want your job moment". After that her mind was always set, the only reason she was currently around cause she really love the team and didn't want to let them down.
It seems like Hetty knew that ... and knew she was losing Eric AND Nell. the truth is ... the tech knowledge those two have makes them hot commodities in the tech world, and would pay them disgustingly more than they ever could make with OSP. sticking with the storyline since S10 ... she probably did what she did with Eric on purpose. and she did what she did with Nell on purpose without question. How else would Eric have gotten the funding he got ... and been able to pitch Nell as leader for the project that got funded? Hetty prepped them BOTH for this ... and nobody knew it BUT her. again ... I can't believe I doubted the Queen ... this is a next-level gambit. LOL
@@dhinton1 Ah Yes the legendary Henrietta Lange, no one really knows what's going on in that small head of hers lol. She definitely has influence on the entire team, crafting and guiding all of them to their own path. But still she always know the long terms goals of the team and how to archive them, its seems the Queen is back!

definitely WON'T be. the show is renewed through S13 already.

Great ending. Loved seeing Hetty one more, and, probably the last time. Looking forward to the next season, I'm sure, with lots of changes.
