Actually, about that gif you found on Reddit: The binoculars didn't kill him from a glitch. What happened was his connection was terrible and he fell into the water after a serious delay. You can even notice the little "poor connection" icon near the top-right corner of his screen.
Every muselk overwatch vid is yelling swearing and it is entertaining as anything keep up the good work muselk

Not even a minute into the video and Muselk is screaming
The binoculars thing was caused by lag. Client side, she was standing on the edge, reloaded, and punched the binoculars; but server side, she walked off the map and didn't reload (hence she appears to go from 10 to 9 ammo in the gif without firing a shot). Also, animations like spinning binoculars are client side, not server side, so the were still spinning after she died.
How many starcraft references are there in this map? Seriously it's amazing.

Hey muselk there was a gif on the subreddit in wich people actually placed a turret on the shark. You have to make it stand horizontal by shoting it with a Bastion and Mei wall the Torb to the top of it.

Muselk, the binoculars clip was caused by high ping. The player had walked into the water and it was pure coincidence that the server caught up right as she punched the binoculars.
