Saw Jay in Boston a few years ago and he was great- crowd was a lame, and the wrong kind of people were sitting up front for a comic who thrives on audience interaction. Killer set though.
Jay is one of my favorite comedians. Jay is probably the most consistently funny comedian I've heard and I've heard a decent amount of comedians. On stage, podcasts, tv, he's always fucking funny. Out of the probably 6 or more different podcasts and radio shows I've heard him on, I don't think I've EVER heard him bomb a joke. Ever.
