You got My melody perfectly. In the loonaverse, it seemed this is when Yeojin got lost in the forest on her way to Eden/Loonaverse. It's a song reminiscing their bond.
I like how he describe the different feel of My Sunday and My Melody.. When he said that My Melody is like a sad song where two best friends separate at the end...it's kind of relevant with LOONA storyline where Yeojin is described as "lost in the forest".

In the LOONATVS when Yeojin spoke, someone checked what note it was and it was about a low E sharp
what does that mean?
loonathefan Music notes. A sharp note is one semitone higher than a normal one. What's weird here though is that E sharp is just F, so why call it E sharp?
Luca Faustini maybe it was just short of an f? sometimes the distance is even smaller than a semitone
homicidal cheesestick if they meant a sharper E than normal (as in, she couldn't reach that low so she sang it sharper), you call it a sharp E, not an E sharp... but yeah I can see how they might have meant that now

I'm not musically gifted but I feel like it's to do with the key of their vocal lines that makes the difference? My Sunday sounds more major and uplifting. I agree that My Melody gives the vibe of a love that was just once there...
Also, I could just watch HeeJin all day.
Yeojin's voice being that deep I think gives her a great advantage in the group, altought a couple of other members have deeper voices too (imo, Yves and Olivia Hye), I think her voice is a lot more steady in those notes. That's our eternal maknae. And she's only gonna keep improving so I'm really looking foward to see LOONA grow up as individuals and as a group. I'm so happy you like the songs!! These are some of the most underrated songs of theirs and tbh this reaction gave me a new appreciation for them. And I don't think that's the last LOONA song that's gonna make you feel like that lol idk if that's a good or bad thing... They know how to make me feel nostalgic lol

when this first released i wasn't paying too much attention because kiss later blew my mind, and since the previous duet song which was i'll be there wasn't my cup of tea, i thought this song might not be either.
then when i did listen to my sunday and my melody, i just couldn't stop lol and the mash up people made of my sunday and my melody was even more epic and i really loved them

I FELT THE EXACT SAME! Yeojin looks just like Minzy from 2NE1... She was actually my bias before they disbanded and I have a soft spot for her ;-; That's probably part of the reason why I personally love Yeojin so much

Producer also like one of my favorite loona song ^^ i also recommend this to other non-kpop fans, its really refreshing to listen to this kind of song

Something about loona sounds very miku hatsune, very robotic singing program. It seems characteristic but thats just my observation
