As someone that's been using the clicky for almost 2 years on this keyboard, at first I loved it so much I traded in my TKL for the bigger one just because they didn't have the one with the right switches near my house. Recently I was in a Best Buy and tried the brown switches again. I'm using white (clicky). The brown ones I felt very similar and were way less annoying. if you type 180 words per minute and type a lot, the clicky ones can be over-annoying. I sit in the same office as my boss and he has to listen to me type all day. I want the browns now but not sure if i would end up not liking them as much in feel.
Bought one after experiencing how good the CLICKY onefelt on a colleague's post... little did I know there were multiple models. I was so excited to use the one I ordered only to realize... I ordered the TACTILE one (could've been worse with the linear one). First few days felt horrible and I thought I wasted my money. It felt like mud in comparison, like the keys don't go back up right away. Now I'm kinda getting used to it and it's not so bad after all. I'd still have bought the clicky one if I were to make a choice now that I know though.

Is it just a sound difference or also a difference in feel when typing? I typing on Linear and thought itw as just a sound thingy but it feels like i glide over keys at times. I am starting to think switching to tactile might be the solution to the problem
Honestly I went back and forth and realised that I like quieter tactile but not clicky tactile as the slight bump and feedback is needed for accuracy. Linear is good if you wanna type slowly and softly at night wiwthout waking people up etc but accuracy is not as good in my experience.

I thought that too and I always do fair works. However, after downloading I forgot the channel name. Will check and do it. Lastly, the intention was not to make it viral but to put it on my channel so that "I" could watch whenever I wanted as it won't be deleted. So, I didn't think that it was important.

Hi, i wanna ask u bout the tactile version of g915 , when u in a discord call do people hear your keyboard while playing? Cuz this is an issue for me and if so i wont buy the tactile version
@@Abu3lwh0 i have a tactile, my friends can't hear the keyboard through the microphone, but it all comes down to your mic settings, if u have a designated microphone, consider going through obs filters and stuff to filter out noise (this also works for just a regular headset microphone i don't know why i did this whole designated microphone bit).
I have the clicky and I like it but find that it can be very loud when I am on the phone (I work from home). I'm thinking of returning it and getting the linear one to try out.
Update: I got the linear and love it. I tried the tactile as well; I liked the tactile bump on the tactile keys, but ended up preferring the sound and feel of the linear the best. The clicky was nice, but just became too loud for prolonged typing.

@@dannyventuradj I liked the Linear a lot. It was much quieter and didn’t feel mushy like the tactile (I tried that one too). The linear feels similar to the tactile board but doesn’t have that tactile bump. I did end up replacing the Logitech keyboard as I have delved into the world of custom keyboards since writing that comment lol
It's been 4 years since I got into mechanical keyboards, and Linear switches are still my favourite. Tactile switches are really nice too, and I can see myself moving to them if I ever decide to change things up ever so slightly. Clicky switches are awful, but they were my first ever experience with mechanical keyboards, and definitely a lot more affordable for young novices.

today I bought a keyboard G915 linear, unfortunately the sound completely does not match the one shown in your video, or any, I have the impression that the keys are made as cheaply as possible, the feeling I have using it - the maximum I would pay $ 49. Keys loose, this is supposed to be a high-end product? or I got a defective product
I can't say without feeling it with my own hands. Hence, I would suggest that if there is a return policy and you are within the returnable period then return and exchange for a tactile or clicky one. When the new keyboard comes you can feel the difference.
It's not textile. It's Tactile. Choose clicky. You will get the click click feeling on your fingers everytime you press the switch. It's a lovely ASMR feel which is missing in the other two.

Only downside i will say about the brows is that if you play shooter games and need to quick peak corners fast by pressing A and D repeatedly is that you wont be able to do it as fast as the Linear (RED) switches. Other than that i love them, just something to think about as other keyboards with SPEED or RED switches are noticeably faster at that.

The clicky is awesome. Sometimes I take my headphones off just to hear it. It's a very satisfying clicky, not annoying.

Not really, on this KB tactile and clicky are about the same loudness. Just different sounding. Have to hear them in person.

I have logitech g915 (Tactile) and Alienware AW510K (Red Linear) i prefer the Tactile now im going to try clicky too with razer purples
