Paneer curry, she took milk from her cow and prepared. What a fascinating, wonderful video! One can not buy vegetables and fruits fresher than this: harvested from the backyard garden and cooked within an hour. All vegetables and fruits were grown in their own yard. Even the cat and dog were fed home cooked gourmet food: no canned food or dry food from a thick paper bag for these lucky pets. Her Assamese cooking is so distinctly different from the Andhra, Kerala, Gujarati and Karnatka cooking. And perhaps best of all, I was so delighted that no chicken, fish, pigs, goats, or cows were killed to cook any of the food she served. Obviously she is a vegetarian. I mentioned this because before watching this video I had watched another cooking video in which the cook beheaded a living, writhing eel and put a living giant King Crab in boiling water. Well according to your beliefs you may not eat animal meat. But according to the Bible it is permitted by God the Creator of Heaven and Earth that man can eat meat from animals. So nothing is wrong eating meat but I have the belief that you believe in those man made gods of wood and stone. I watched a documentary where a woman brought food to a wooden statue that cannot see nor hear her. It couldn’t even eat the food brought to it. Sad and ignorant!
