Damn I miss these times of KOL. Definitely feeling nostalgic. I grew my hair out and tried to get it cut and styled like Caleb's. I think the first 2 albums are genius. I remember hearing this song for the first time and thinking how rock n roll was definitely coming back. I saw them in concert with The Strokes. It was one of the best shows, ever.

I just found them and the king's of Leon I knew were the ones who sang "sex is on fire" I had to do a double take because I didn't realize they were the same people?? I prefer this sound way more than the newer stuff.
Their early stuff is muddy trash. Everything from their sound to the look screams them trying to be a "the" insert band name. Their later stuff while maybe over produced is way superior.

It wasn't until 2006 that technology got somewhere like it is now. Here in Britain children who spent most of their childhood in the early 00's have lots in common with the previous era. It's their teenage years that revolve a lot more around technology than the previous era.
