Oneus’s ongoing “every title track is a bop” continues
yeah unforgettable was a pre-release and rbw just doesn't bother with ads lol. and they suit the whole vibe of "now" sooo well. the choreo was done by aiki, i am sure you know her as well. i really, really hope we get a full oneus album this year though, time starts ticking and i need more music :(
I LOVE Unforgettable. The song is right up my alley and the MV is fun but heartbreaking.
The original song of NOW was released on Oct. 2000 which was sang by FIN.K.L., one of 1st generation K-POP girl groups.
I'm pleased that NOW's remaking version by ONEUS is introducing one of legend K-POP songs to global K-POP fans.
unforgettable is korean and it was a pre-release from the pygmalion album! idk what's been up with rbw and just not having subtitles anymore even on title tracks since last year but it's strange 🥴 i agree about it deserving more views though the song is soooo good. one of my fav oneus tracks honestly i much prefer it to erase me personally.
“I don’t understand the ants” took me out! 😂 cause same 😅
From what I've heard. There's a line in the original version that webt viral at the time because it sounded like: "Ants are dancing" or something like that. So Oneus made a reference of that
I must say that the pygmalion album is one of oneus best albums ever... the intro is my fav intro and the other songs are bops as well. La dolce vita is also a really short but really good album. Simulation is on it and that's one of my fav oneus songs ever:)) Hope you'll be able to react to those soon

Their new song NOW is so fun and good - the janitors at my school never looked that good./ Thanks // I really love ONEUS -- their songs are all different from one another and they really nail the concepts of the songs. T still love their cover of Thriller by MJ so much and their homage to him in Black Mirror -- So talented but sadly so under-rated.

Thank you so much for reacting to ONEUS! I really love all their songs and Pygmalion album is one of my faves from them (where ERASE ME is TT) so so good! (Love Intro: LETHE and Halley's Comet♥︎). Since I'm latina I really loved Baila Conmigo and the Spanish version was incredible (they did great with the pronunciation btw). Currently obsessed with Now! Such an amazing remake, I think the vocals, choreo and visuals are beautiful! Btw I always enjoy your reactions♡
"Unforgettable" also always has that extra emotional tint to it for me because it was their first release as 5 members :')
"Erase Me" was pretty great, I always see it as the successor/part 2 to their "dance hook art film" style from "Same Scent" XD
"Baila Conmigo" is just an incredible bop! I think the concept was like mermaid princes or something?? Also it has a Spanish version which was cool of them to record ;o
And yeup "Now" is such a bop and I've only heard it a few times and it's ingrained into my head already loool I think they remade it into a modern sound/look pretty nicely! Also, upon watching the original MV just now, they also kept some of the choreo but also adjusted it to suit themselves better, and even the MV itself has some similarities to the original! :o

You should check Wonder Girls' rendition of "Now", it is SO good and the MV is... I won't spoil, just watch it. Mirae did a live cover of this song which was really sweet because their fandom is called Now. The thing with this song is that Fin.k.l used to perform using oversized suits so most of the covers use suits as well, it is kind of a tradition at this point, like when a group covers H.O.T's "Candy" it is a must to use the colorful outfits with mittens.

Actually, after your comment i went to watch a stage for the original NOW (czcams.com/video/T07wFQ-vXoQ/video.html) and, like the previous beloved gg cover by oneus, they change the choreography to fit the "5 members instead of 4" and the expectations of "dance for a boys group" with more powerful and direct movements, wich is kinda fair, 'cuz it remind me of 2000's britney spears (double fair, since is a song of the 2000)... and the fact that Fin K.L. had backup dancers, and oneus cover doesn't. But in general, they kept the base, signature movements, and it is kinda impressive, since the newer production gives it a very different feel.

I was obsessed with Erase Me last year. I honestly wish we wouldn't have gotten a remake with Now cause who knows when we'll get another new song. It should have just been a special thing and not a single. Rather have an original song. Now is a classic kpop song and every kpop fan should listen to it though!

they treat it as a comeback bc they promote on music shows, but personally it just doesn’t feel like one as much as i enjoy the song. when they announced a comeback i expected a whole album and everything and was a little disappointed ngl. mostly bc it’s been a long time since the last one.

He left the group since Erase me due to some allegations about romance or something I'm not sure.
He had cheating and gaslighting allegations… nothing was confirmed or denied but he left the group after a few months to protect them from the rumours… he has been active on his personaly account and has posted a few songs since
