I purchased a M365 Cheap and the problem is when I turn it on the 4 lights on the screen light up one after the other then it goes back to just the first light and that just keeps flashing but the scooter doesn't work the battery is fully charged and holds a charge ok, but I did notice there is no blue light flashing on the Battery Controller Circuit-Board, Can you offer meany advise on how to sort thisout and get the scooter working please.
I had already connected my sccoter. My mobile phone has broken and can no longer access the account and it always asks me when I want to connect it to the scooter a vertizifiren code. Can someone help me?
After you hear the peep don't press to find device go back to the fist page of the app press the + sign then tell the app to scan for devices after if finds the right one press it and then you will scan a QR code which you find beside your scooter then then you will scan that after finding your device and create/reset pass code and it will work. Because it has worked for me after holding the speed geer down the whole way and pressed the power button till I heard the peep and done it many times and worked. Don't hold the power button longer because it will switch off the device just puss the speed gear the whole way down and the power button click it like changing the mode. Good luck 👍

This method works on Xiaomi Scooter 4 Go , which means it should work on all newer models

It will turn on n when I ride it in about 8 second she is at max speed which is 20 mpr n it's not going that speed n she starts beeping

it has to be off not on, accelerator then power botten 5 times
