Good bounce back by the Avs after 2 horrific road games. This is what we are used to seeing. Blues just up against too much talent but they played hard against a new but outstanding goalie.

Krug needs to take Tucker's spot in the 3rd pairing and Tucker needs to spend some more time in the AHL.

Crossbar is only used for pucks deflected in for goals. For everything else If its hit over the shoulder then its a stoppage for hit with a high stick
Has to be definitive, shoulder is hard to say when the player is crouched

Brayden Schenn is the worst captain in the NHL. My Blues are in crisis
They have been in crisis. This team is no different than the team last year. You can blame Amstrong for that with his stupid signings. He does ok on trades but horrible on signings. Like Hayes for example, the trade is good because they only have to pay a part of his salary and only gave up a 6th. But when you look that Ryan O'reilly signed for just a few hundred grand more than they are paying Hayes it's like WTF. All of Dman signings are horrible. Let's petroangelo go over a no movement clause and replaces him with krug at 6m a year. Other than faulk not a single one of their dman is worth over 3m a year.

@@Nathanielhiggerson66 I'm basing my comment on the truth of statement that Girard is the worst dman in the NHL. That would warrant him being *at least* on the 2nd pairing for the Blues as half their D don't belong in the NHL at all.
If they want a woman to call the games or do color commentary why don’t they have a “manning cast” on an alternate channel? tnt & espn could do this but instead they crowd the booth or just have it as an unnecessary flex. It’s bad broadcasting.

The Avs always play hard for 40 minutes each game. The NHL referees HATE Nathan MacKinnon.
They just hate the constant "You missed a trip here, and here, and here..." after almost every game. Has to be deflating, especially since they are looking right at most of them.
