That is Mega Mario's size and Super Mario's hitbox. If it was Giga Cat Mario, everything would be tiny (except Bowser)
yeah basically
Nothing is tiny because the map where you fight Fury Bowser is a scaled down version of the regular map, that's why there aren't any coins in it. And Mario has the normal hitboxes because the creator just slapped the model on regular Mario and that's pretty much it.

Oh now i understand how they do the giga bowser fight essentially the giga bell is essentially a warp to the bowser battle stage which is a shrunk down version of the map that's playable normally (I guess this applies to bowser jr as well.) and bowser hr and giga bowser are just resized and I'm guessing fury bowser has 2 model's 1 for the stage when Mario has not collected the bell and 1 for the boss fight (So basically my theory is its just mega mushroom Mario but given the cat ability (I can tell because all the cat noises are normal implying that they just edited them in game when the map changed.)
