I feel like many people haven’t totally realized how amazing IG is. It’s a masterpiece. :)

Also hearing you play the opening riff of “In Blur” brought the biggest smile to my face. Excellent playing.

Thank you! I finally found the perfect opportunity to play that riff!

Wait.. What? You don't have over 100k subs yet. 🤔
My take on this pedal is what's up with the people of the tube. 🤣🤣🤣
Big call from Jason here top 3 pedals of the year, but I think for those jumping on the soft focus, this seems to have way more sounds on board and should jump to the front of the queue.
    Sweet guys. 😎👍

Infinite Granite is such a good album! I got this pedal in the 2nd batch and it's SO good. Still fully getting my head around all the settings and what works best for me.
Definitely loving the band collab pedals too! the Limelight is one of my all time favorites. I also have the Dustin Kensrue Mojo Hand FX Rook OD. Nails those Thrice tones!

This was cool. Makes sense that Deafheaven worked on a signature ambient delay pedal. My favorite record of theirs would probably be New Bermuda bc I liked the integration of palm-mutes to the heavy parts of the album.
For amps I read they used an Orange Rockerverb blended with a Top Hat Emplexador which is like a hot rodded JCM 800. They used the 2 amps previously for Sunbather too. After that for OCHL they switched to 5150 amps and Fender tweeds.

This pedal does Edge-style percussive delay very well. Also, Tia, your tele makes me want mint chip ice cream. 😅

You know the pedal’s good when Tia doesn’t say ‘I’m done’ after a few runs. 😂

I have both and honestly the Infinite Granite has more sounds and options but when you pair the two you get some great tones. 👌🏽

Honestly only a big fan of the songs shellstar and in blur on this album but this pedal sounds beautiful I wish I got it

Great demo. Both of you sounded inspired by this pedal. And now… I have to buy a pedal I don’t need. Lol

This sounds beautiful, it’s a real shame they are making this such a limited batch. Any reason why? Parts?

    • @JasonTMays

I honestly didn't ask why. I think the fanboy in me just bypassed that. lol.

A more shimmery Dispatch Master. Dig it. Limiting it to 37 is bullshit, though.

    • @JasonTMays
      @JasonTMays Před rokem +1

Not really, I think the only similarity is just how the 4 knobs are laid out...but in terms of sound and function...definitely not.
