I have a Nelson my hubby does every home Reno on his own If I say what about this he does it I love him for that. I too grout a fur baby with redoing our 1850 s farm house and Yes it’s like having a baby Ugg I am 63 with major back problems due to a car accident and WOW she is a lot of work Layla is getting easier the older she gets Praise The Lord But girl you have your hands full 💕

Tough to choose a favorite, but I think the footed bowl is probably the winner simply because it's amazing the way those two pieces transformed. I would almost like to see it before and after side by side of those two thrifted pieces versus the final product. What a change!

The footed bowl turned out so nice and I prefer the shape of yours to the original. Of course the other projects turned out wonderful but the bowl was my favorite.
I like all of these projects a lot, but my favorite are the pillows. They are so simple and yet so striking.

My favorite DIY is the candle stick and bowl that was purchased from Goodwill and refashioned into a "cement" footed bowl.
I was so surprised that the washi tape made such crisp lines on those pillows. They look great.

Next time you're going for that stone look - try caulking mixed with fine white sand and paint color of your choice. I've turned many glass and ceramic pieces to faux cement and or stone using that technique.
