You 2 may want to buy, and eat more green veggies; as a family to teach/advocate healthy eating to your kids; while they're so young. Since many of us black families, have diabetes and high blood pressure; from eating high starchy foods for generations. White sugars, caffeine/ sodas, and lots of meats; whether the meats are fried/air fried or baked. The baby food smoothies in the pouch, that you are giving to your son. Would be great for your daughter, to also have; but on a everyday basis to ensure her veggie intake since she is a baby/toddler is still developing. Meats are so very hard on a child's body to break down and get rid of; through their tiny intestines, when they are under the age of 10. But we as a people (brown & black) still don't always know, understand this part, or care to learn. The pouches would be great to drink as a substitute; when your wife doesn't want to make her great looking fresh veggie and fruit smoothies/juices. U and your wife can also have the same baby food veggie pouches of smoothies, that you give to your son. So that you both can have a great amount of green veggies; on a daily basis. I'm holistic and have been sharing my knowledge with many for over 20 years.. Ur family is so beautiful. But it does seems like ur wife at home; does so much and with no complaints. Maybe the working wife, can do more to help out, with the cooking and cleaning; on a regular. Prepping meals at night and ahead of time; once work is done. Could help her out in doing so. Since she does work alot, but is blessed to work from home. Never any judgement or negativity; towards you ladies. I'm rainbow too, for 21 years, so I'm ole school, lol. I've lost 2 good women in my past, when I wasn't doing my even part, to help them. I was just working and working, didn't know any better, and had nobody older to tell me better. 50-50 in all things with a male and female children, are a plus. U 2 don't seem to NOT be into role playing; and you both seem to be the same, as women. Meaning fem with fem. That is so rare, and valuable within women, in the community. Take care of each other, and continue to love on each other as you 2 have been doing. I like watching your channel. Thanks for sharing your world.
