Best Joy video. You covered all the basics so important and I learned about the sticker paper and use can choose a sublimation picture but use it for iron on. The only thing is vinyl is not food safe so I would stick it on a pretty paper and just lay on top of the dish.

I am a crafter. I paint, papercraft, emboss, make cards, envelopes...so much more. I have had a cricut air for over a year and used it once. I am so intimidated by it. I finally loaned it to grandson for his business. He makes grips for bow hunting and of course he taught himself how to use it in minutes. I have a Joy and like it, but don't like that the Joy card templates never ever line up symmetrically for the insert. Try hard as I can, I can never ever get the card base placed just right on the mat.

The onesie you can wash for sure! The plate was decorative and depending on which type of material you use, some won’t hold up to water! Vinyl will tolerate hand washing! Thanks for watching!

I have the Joy and have only made cards but getting ready to tackle infusible ink. However, on Cricut I can only find a few 'infusible ink transfer sheets' for the JOY. Can you use the transfer sheets for the Maker and Explorer and just cut them down to fit the Joy? Thank you, this video was very helpful as the demos on Cricut were all with the larger machines.
I’ve always thought that using a cricket would be difficult. You made it look so easy. Two questions though: 1. Do you have to have a computer? I only have an iPhone and an iPad. 2. Can you actually eat off those “tea” plates that you decorated?

You made that transfer tape look simple. I have a hard time getting it started, like peeled away from the backing and I find it almost impossible to get my wording onto the transfer tape. The last time I did it, I rubbed it on both sides for so long without getting it to transfer that I actually cried lol. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Thanks for the detailed tutorial. Your nails look very pretty the way they are 😊

I have the Maker from when it first came out. I did manage to take it out of the box but it has never been plugged in. I have the same fear as you do.
