Ну не знаю, мне Манижа давно нравится и плевать где она родилась. Она родилась в 91м, а в Москву переехала в 94м, то есть с 3х лет живет в России. Так что все разговоры про может или не может участвовать - это в сторону расизма.

I listened to this song today for the first time and let me tell you how OBSESSED I am! It's so full with energy (kind of reminds me of ruslana's wild dancing and a little bit of Serbia's ova je balkan) and musically it's just the perfect mix of modern and traditional Russian and I can't wait to see what they're going to do on the live stage

I was watching old eurovision song contest songs staging and lightning I was so happy I did some songs gave me good memories to from the 60s 70s 80s 90s I enjoyed some songs back then one song I loved was ann marie David did a long time ago took me back to my child hood in the eurovison and uks scottish singer lulu boom bang a bang you no I voted for that song when I was a small girl lulu was great as I am a Scottish woman. Manizha est une charmante chanteuse et une bonne personne. Elle est féministe et se bat pour les droits des femmes russes. Dans cette chanson, elle a ridiculisé les stéréotypes russes selon lesquels une femme russe devrait donner naissance à des enfants avant l'âge de 30 ans, se marier, être faible, perdre du poids et ne pas porter de vêtements trop longs ou trop courts. Et aussi dans cette chanson, le problème est compris qu'en Russie, de nombreux enfants grandissent sans père et les femmes sont obligées de se battre pour donner aux enfants une vie meilleure. Maxe, I am going thru some of oyur older videos since we're still waiting on more that j20 songs for ESC 2023. I am happy for all the good Russians out there that their final entry was somethign as powerul as Manizha. As long as that monster is in power in Russia they wil lnever be allowed back into the contest.. Will be interesting to see what that does ot the voting patterns

Vietnam war - about 1,000,000, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, - hundreds of thousands killed, injured and displaced from their homes. I personally glad that Manizha shows a strong Russian woman. Unfortunately, there are people who see elements of extremism in that song. "Moscow investigators began checking the song of the singer Manizhi "Russian Woman", with which she will represent Russia at Eurovision, after the appeal of ANO "Veteranskie Vesti". This was reported to TASS by a law enforcement source.
The applicants believe that the stage performance performed by Manizha is aimed "at gross insult and humiliation of the human dignity of Russian women on the basis of their attitude to nationality." I don't share this opinion. It's just a song, a piece of art. Now, many people try to put a political background under everything. It isn't a good trend. I wish Manisha to win Eurovision!
