    First comment! I would love to visit San Francisco and check out the Ghiradelli Square one day! Just looking at the video makes me want to take a visit.

    I have always loved Ghiradelli , the chocolate is amazing , so the ice cream i always stop there when I'm in San Fran. also Boudin

    I would make anything that requires chocolate with Ghirardelli milk chocolate. Ice cream, fudge, chocolate sauce- you name it. I don't care for other varieties of chocolate. home made ice cream and pudding with it are amazing Unfortunately it's not sold around here. All you can get are the ones with fillings or nuts. And I don't dare have them shipped. Plus it's expensive enough without adding shipping costs.
    Every once in a while a surplus chain in the area gets some. Probably for the best. Otherwise I would probably weigh 300 pounds.

    Lindt is still better, but Ghiradelli is one of my top favorite chocolates.
