This residential skyscraper is famous for its unique architectural design, with each floor rotating 1.2 degrees around a cylindrical elevator, resulting in a stunning 90-degree twist from the base to the top.
3) Inspired by the Concord Pacific Place: Dubai Marina's design and concept were inspired by the Concord Pacific Place development along False Creek in Vancouver, Canada. The master plan was developed by the same team, aiming to create a similar urban waterfront community in Dubai.
