    Summary: He learned everything he needed from Bryce so he "fired" him (clickbait) and decided to use Bryce as part of thumbnail.
    Also shares some info about Bryce's content for free.
    Nothing to see here folks 🤡

    Couldn't agree more, before you start it's easy to fixate on the cost of a coach, but it's hard to describe just how valuable the service has been for me. So much more interest and enjoyment out of training (with the right coach) and thus so much more consistency. Love it

    I don't know who you are but I have followed Bryce for years. Bryce has a standing in the Powerlifting world for a reason. Coming at him with this clickbait title and video after he apparently taught you everything you know, including how to talk to women and change your underwear daily, you decide to "fire" him and make a cloutchaser video.

    I've used their app for a year now and really like it. I had a coach years ago but it ended up being a very negative experience. I'm considering reaching out to Calgary for coaching and giving it another go. I've learned so much from their videos over the years.

    #3 - I feel like this has been one of the biggest changes in my thought process in the last 12 months, too. Accepting that you meet your bodies level of adaptation, you don't 'drive' it.

    Don't understand the last part. What mean keep it constant and not change rep ranges.
    So you mean change the weight#(rpm/rpe) ? Every week?

    • @lauravo3355
      @lauravo3355 Před rokem +1

      Agree this is unnecessarily complicated. He means variables = weight or reps. Rpe will be your metric. Don't change anything. Assess improvement using rpe. If it feels easier you're improving. By keeping the stimulus fixed, you can measure improvement using rpe. The alternative is to "assess" improvement thru testing how much more weight you can lift or how many more reps while experiencing the old rpe. But you won't use this because you won't increase the weight or reps.

    Clickbait isn't needed bro. You couldve gotten decent views without it. Just no point in misleading your audience.
