Here to inform y'all that hiya also announced a translucent heat ray 2014 version and a 2019/2021 heat ray version that looks like it's got some light up feature because it's basically a vanilla goji but his spines lack some detail and he comes with a heat ray.
You cant imagine how long I've been waiting for a suit-accurate G2000. I NEED IT LAST YEAR.

I love the details on the fur of kong and how bulky he is. the accesories of faces full of detail, the new cuts on the shoulder unlike the gvk one(i bet hiya is loving what they doing rn and kept improving their figures and also listening to their fans complains)and ohh myy.. we got bunch of Godly Lizards figures🎉
Best Kong for now. My guess is they will do an update version with the tooth and the glove, but without the axe.
I'm going for this one, i don't have any Kong and this one pairs well with my 2021 Godzilla
I’m assuming there’s gonna be two Kongs. One is this default version from the start of the film with the axe and the normal tooth, and the second will probably include the beast glove and the metal tooth on all the headsculpts.
Hoping that the next Godzilla design we get is 1973
Exactly what i think, and i don't know which one to get.
If the second one has the glove as an accessory and i can take it off or put It on i might get that one instead of the axe version.
But the axe is cool though...

I don’t mind this Kong doesn’t have a glove since that version is a nice replacement for a GVK version
I was thinking just that because i have a 2021 updated Godzilla and no Kong figure. This one will pair really good with Goji, and has the axe.

The shma reiwa figures are bad and most of the showa figures are bad
i admitedly wasn't absolutely blown away by 91 in terms of it's sculpt, but these are incredible! they were great suit picks to. everyone has been screaming for a suit accurate 2000.

They are beautiful and pleased to buy, I’m looking forwards to seeing more new Toho Godzilla casts like Kiryu Saga Godzilla but without the chest, Final Wars Anguirus and Godzilla Minus One ( regular dinosaur look and mutated form).
It’s nice to see that hiya cares about giving the complete package by delaying the release purely to work on a different head sculpt( for Kong btw )
I'm very excited to see GMK, and Millennium Goji! Especially screen accurate versions. I'll be holding out for a Beast Glove Kong though.

4:15 I've noticed in the film, particularly in the scene where he first meets Skar King, he seems to be a little chunky, but that's most likely because he recently ate the Drownviper.

I would love to see their take on a minus one version. Maybe with accessories too. There’s so many options
Godzilla 2000 - we finally get a version consistent with the movie. I'm excited. Sh may not be bad, but I don't understand why they insisted on the concept version.
Gmk - finally some articulated version after so many years (I only have NECA and I wanted something closer to the source material).
Mechagodzilla 1993 - looks ok, but I have the SH version with Garuda and Fire Rodan, so I'll skip it. But I'm glad they're doing it anyway. Kong 2024 - where is beast glove? Why do they do the same as sh? Give it to him right away, without having to buy a repaint, because it will probably be released as well.
And this one unpleasant thing. It will probably be about 2 years before all this comes out

@@CepiTheNomad I'm assuming the second scenario you wrote about. And I don't like it. They do almost the same thing as sh monsterarts with it. Here it may also end with us having to buy another figure, for example Skar King (if they announce it), to get this glove

Since they always do it but im still pretty happy about the new kong model and it doesnt really matter since i always like the heat ray version of godzilla and im most likely just gonna get the kong with the beast glove. Hopefully they dont go to shma route with kongs head in shimo and his glove in skar king

When Hiya announced they were making Toho Godzilla figures 4th July last year, Goji 2000, GMK Goji and Kiryu duology Goji were up there on my want list in terms of the Godzillas we will be getting and we have both GMK and 2000 presumably at the same time, right now Hiya toys is king of Godzilla collectibles.

the suit accurate godzilla 2000 caught me off guard, the figure I've been yearning for ever since monsterarts made articulated godzilla figures possible back in 2011 (13 YEARS AGO!) i said it before, this line is something else, it's just so surreal to see what they're doing and pulling it off without breaking a sweat! #HIYASWEEP!

I love Goji 2000. But when me dad gifted that thing to me, I knew something was off. Digging deep, I found out SHMA Yuji used a Concept art of 2000 :) I hate it when my things don't look the same as they should be.

*SHMA GxK Kong Price UPDATE*
Since they revealed their Mothra and Suko, the desc. says that it comes with THE SAME Kong roaring head, but with a Silver paint on his left fang.
So, with that said. We already know that to get a Complete set of Kong, you have to pay $450 (more or less). Now you have to add this $100 Mothra. SHMA has breached the $500 mark for the MV line. What the Actual Fk, bro
Oh, and the Prototype Hiya Kong made me *BUST* . And they did Goji 2000 great too if it is green lit by Toho. Rather than the Concept art Yuji Sculpt of SHMA.

Ik not many people like the build a kong that shma is doing but i think they could make the beast glove arm when they make scar king. Tho at the same time they can make another kong but with the 🌟silver tooth🌟

And NO. We don't want that shi here in Hiya. That practice is stupid and scummy and should NEVER be implemented since those parts are crucial for the Figure. I rather buy another version of the fig for the same price than buy something that is not relatable to the other.

On TheKaijuKingdom, they have a short where they also show off an “ultimate heat ray Godzilla 2021” and translucent godzilla 2014.

I’m already hyped about the newly-revealed Exquisite Base Kong 2024, as well as the GMK and the suit movie-accurate Godzilla 2000, I’m still holding on to my breath for the Exquisite Base series’ Burning Godzilla and Final Wars Godzilla.
