Oh my goodness, what a beautiful place they have done. The strength of this great project is this team. I am glad they were able to recover this house and make it a haven of peace.

you can cover the ugly roof from the inside as much as you want but it won't stop leaking. They didn't even insulate it or anything. That thing needed to be redone completely.

Mut und Geschick der jungen Frau kann ich nur bewundern. Ich respektiere selbstverständlich kulturelle Eigenheiten eines Landes. Doch mit der "Stehtoilette" hätte ich meine Probleme ;-) . Ich denke, wenn man älter ist ,hat man es damit auch als Landeskind nicht mehr so leicht.....
Für Ältere gibt es Stühle, die man dann dadrüber stellt. Als Kind hatte ich, wenn ich meine Großtante, die in der Türkei auf dem Dorf lebte, besucht habe, auch Angst vor diesen Toiletten. Da hat mein Opa extra so einen Stuhl gekauft, damit wir im Dorf uns wohlfühlen.

I was thinking the same thing. Why in the States citizens and non citizens have to pay $1375/month when others living in other countries are paying way less per month or annual rent for their apartments?
