- Polyester Fiberfill 15 Denier is a polyester stuffing with a slick finish. This fiberfill is a hollow siliconsied Polyester which is lighter and softer than any cotton filled product. Since it is a hollow fiberfill it promotes better air circulation which reduces heat buildup resulting in superior comfort. Unlike cotton & other recycle fibres, this Fibrefill is highly resilient and durable and does not form lumps in your cushions and pillows. It is fully washable and resists moisture, dust and germs making it non-allergenic. Generally, Polyester Fiberfill is stuffed inside a pre-sewn cover of Spun-Bond Pillow Protector Fabric (available at Sailrite) and inserted into a cushion or pillow fabric. Use Polyester Fiberfill as a stuffing for pillow forms, cushions and deep seating back cushions, soft mattresses, pet beds, and other craft projects.

Yes, it can be used indoors and outdoors. This polyester fiberfill is siliconized and if it gets wet it will dry out in a few days.

I have lumps and bumps in my handmade pillows. Used that stuff and it still formed lumpy pillows. help!
If you have bumps just open up the pillow and pull the lumps apart and reinsert. That should resolve the issue. If not, please email me at eric@sailrite.com with your sale order number and I will offer more help.

No, Micro Poly Fil is kind of like the beads found in bean bag chairs. Small polystyrene beads totally different kind of stuffing from Polyester Fiberfill from Sailrite.
Sailrite thank you :) micro poly fill is used as fillings in duvet insert right? If yes could you please tell me the benefits of duvet with micro poly fillers?
