They may be able to use the charged particles to generate streams of electricity at their control. If the user is advanced they may be able to manipulate anti-particles as well" (the range of effects are dependant on user skill with the power use&knowledge and practice, *lots of it* ) and this power has only 2 limitations non atomic bodies(bodies that posses no subatomic components) and It does not work on *non-electrically* charged particles.
