- Every year, many people leave their families and homes behind in the hopes of building a better life in the West. But many in the West have grown disenchanted with their lives and are looking for other forms of fulfilment. We asked those who immigrated to Turkey to tell their stories and explain what made them choose to leave everything behind.

You are Muslim. You're our brothers and sisters. It doesn't matter where you are from or where you was born. You can stay here, Turkey forever. :)
Only Muslim can stay in Turkey ?
That's what in the Quran says ?
Judge people from their religion?
Thank you for your warm welcoming 🙏 we know that action talks louder than words. We love ❤️ Turkish
@@ioannisyiangou2336 Not exactly. We do not judge people because of their religion. The USA and European countries do this. Non-Muslims can also stay here. No one excludes them, no one racist here. They can practice their religion freely. This is what we learned from our ancestor, the Ottoman Empire.
But Muslim people are ALSO our brothers and sisters. This is what the Quran says. There is no racism in Islam.

70% of all Americans are Hispanics. In southern states, particularly from Nevada and California in the west coast all the way to Florida in the east coast, Hispanic are more than 90% and in NewYork they are exceeding 80%.
15% are Africans .
5% from around the globe.
10% are merely britons and irish.
britons persecuted the irish, burned their potato crops and kicked them off in droves and the irish came to the u.s. in refugee boats.
And irish and britons are RIVAL ENEMIES for centuries, and they were mocked upon. The italians were mocked upon as mafias.

2 problems in Turkey,
1- Language Barrier
They don't understand English language.
2- Jobs are not available
Its very hard to find suitable job especially if your qualified person with high education and diploma.
Turkey is right choice for living for those people who have money and they plan to invest money in any business in Turkey.
Or if you have online job and your income comes from other country so you can set back and work there.
I was in Turkey for some time.
@@justasoul114Masha Allah! However language skills is always easier when the brain is below 25 years old as science tels us. After that it depends on the wiring on the brain, the social environment and incentives to learn new languages. So it takes greater effort the older we get.

Also it is need strong financially position because until you able to speak little bit and find work- till then if you don't have job so you spend that money. Thanks

Out side of Istanbul The weather is very beautiful, Mostly cold even in summer, don't need to run fans, for example in Izmit city, Izmir city and others.
Istanbul is a industrial city and modern place full of enjoyment places also.
Police behavior is good with strangers because Turkey is International mixture of different countries.
Fruit and vegetables, Cold drinks are on cheap rates.
The climate is pure no pollution especially out side of Istanbul.
Good and bad people are everywhere in the world.
Have beautiful mosques and visit places.
From Turkey By Train you can go to London in 3 days. Besides All Europe is connected by train with turkey.
Turkey is by land connected with bulgharia and by river is conn with Greece.
But good for investors and good for those people who have online jon and their sufficient income comes feom other country.
Because there is shortage of Suitable Jobs.
Odds can be find but those job are very hard to do.

Don't move to turkey. They are racist.
I was in turkey in 2019 but I must say the citizens are ver friendly and not racist.
@Progenitor of Islam I think it's a lie because turkey citizens are really friendly. They don't even look at the colour of your skin. Whether you are black or white. They are just friendly. Go to Turkey you will feel at home. I travel 12 cities in turkey wherever we went people was friendly.
Hi, there are some Arabs who come to İstanbul to show off their wealthiness. I guess you’retalking about that particular group of Arabs. But we don’t really care where you’re from in general. You’re welcomed.
@Progenitor of Islam they hate Arabs who spreads Propaganda and misinformation against Kemal Atatürk. Especially, young Turks gets highly pissed off when some Arabs and Pakistanis says insulting stuffs about Kemal Atatürk.....
Or else, majority Turks doesn't hates any race or ethnicity. They are friendly as long you respect them and their culture, history and values
Turks can't be racist because being Turk is nothing about "race". Genetic studies have shown that Turkey's population is quite mixed. If you say you are a Turk, feel like a turk and accept Turkey as your motherland then you are a Turk. It is more a tribe thinking than actual race.
Turks are very curious people. If they ask you (a foreigner) strange question then that's because they are curious and just want to know more about you.
@Progenitor of Islam many turks are sick of refuggess who only want things but dont give anything back. otherwise no problem with any arabs
How everyone convinces environment of turkey and turkish culture become an inspiration thanks to trt world
I'm from London. Been to Turkey, absolutely loved it, beautiful people & so friendly.
TRT might understood my future plane so they made this video to incourage me to get to my decision. This video is just keep popping up on my YT front page. And I really enjoyed watching it. Thanks TRT.💝💝
Hey

@@gulk.t2313 Hi, I am a Belgian by birth, but parents/origin from Bangladeshi.
I don't know how people just move to a different country and get settled and find jobs and a place to live. I can't even move to a different city let alone to a different country. :(
this video is only showing those who either have a very strong educational background/job experience (and are in demand in the job market) or have a good amount of money to manage their lifes in turkey
in fact they are all from western countries
but there are thousands upon thousands of people (specially migrants who had no other choice than fleeing war) struggeling to make a living in turkey by working for example in factories very hard 12 hours a day
it is not the same for everyone
i am not saying that its easy for turkish people, many of them are strugglin as well specially now because of Covid19
it is a hard time but even in this hard time the turks showed their hospitality and good manners by accepting so many people from all around the world (and not being racist and hateful towards them like in some other places of the world)
may Allah make it easy for all of us
Prophet Muḥammad Ṣallallāhu-ʿAlaihi Wa Sallam said:

You are right. It is hard to live in different places than what you accustom to. Especially if the language is different. But,
what some saying is that Turkey has different feelings than others for Muslims. I visited Istanbul two years ago and love it. I live in the west and life is hard for hijabi women. In Turkey I felt home, even though I don't speak their language. Love 🇹🇷
Skills. Or money. Or both. I never lived in other countries but travelled a quite a bit prior to covid. Travelling is eye & mind opening. 6 years back my partner & I bought a small farm (olive & almond) in Spain and went there every year & stayed in the farm for a month or two. I love being in the farm, away from big cities, harvesting almond & olive & many times climbing up those trees. lol. The rest of the year I work in office, mind you. Last time in the farm was 2019 prior to covid. I came home with with zero body fat and six pack abs after nearly 3 months being in the farm. Now I'm a flab lol.

Earn money in Turkey as well. The world is changing. Western world will be falling behind, they have already started to fall behind. We saw that during Covid, US, UK, Germany, France did not have enough hospital beds. If you want to help make Turkey stronger facing all kind of pressure from inside and outside you may also just stay in your country (especially if you are living in a muslim country) and make changes from there like lobbying your government, promote business relations between your country and Turkey, spread Turkish culture. Turkey needs allies at country level.
Fair enough.

I know what it feels to be treated like the “other” I am Somali and I left my country when I was only 8 yrs old due to the civil war.
