Zayn tends to switch styles with each album which is cool because you get a variety of mucic, his other two albums are amazing you should definitely check them out and great video Jon

@@fredrickcosma8942 I disagree, I feel like itâs a very different style of music compared to his other work but itâs refreshing. He tries out new things which I respect because itâs not easy to change up your style in music. Ig because itâs something new you might not like it as much, maybe itâll grow on you.
@@fredrickcosma8942 how can someone not like Zayn's magical vocals? plus, besides Rnb, he's explored rap, pop, soul even rock with a previous song called "sour diesel". He's so versatile. But of course you won't like it if it's not your thing this kind of music. In this third album there's what I call a general relaxing, smooth mood in it I think.
@@b.unicornette7734 his voice is sooo versatile, in this album he uses a lot of falsetto and it sounds amazing, his vocal range In general is impressive. And yeah I agree ig if you donât like that type of music you just wonât like it however it isnât anywhere near boring.

NOT YOU SLEEPING ON TIGHTROPE hahaha, to be honest i think it just made me really emotional because of the urdu part (itâs from a 60s song of mohammed rafi) itâs gorgeous and romantic

Jon seems to be trying to find Zayn's identity outside 1D in this album where he should do that with his first album, Mind of Mine. i think thats his best introduction as a solo artist. and also, I didnt like Icarus Falls when he released it but man that album grew on me through the years.

I love this Zayn's album, he definitely feels more comfortable and confident doing this style and also he's not afraid to experiment. I love artists who experiment rather than doing the same thing over and over again. ALSO NOW IT'S HIGH TIME JON PLEASE REACT TO HARRY STYLES, I'VE BEEN BEGGING FOR A YEAR NOW. COME ON JON!!! :D All your pre-conceptions about Harry will be shattered and is definitely gonna be something that you didn't expect.

I think zayn did connexion sound more ârawâ so it sounded kinda like he did it in one take to give it a more personal feel

Oh, and I find it quite paradoxical how you talk about him being a little too polished due to his pop background, but when you do hear a little more rawness in his voice (in "Connexion"), you say you don't enjoy these off-key vocals :p

Great reaction! You should definitely check out Icarus Falls and Mind of Mine, I think both are great, especially Icarus Falls, but Mind of Mine has more of The Weeknd-type vibe, which I really enjoy too.
This album was very interesting definitely not mind blowing itâs like more laid back compare to his other albums. 8/10 for me đ„.

This was really great solid review for a first time zayn listener!! You should definitely check out his first album Mind of Mine i still personally think its his best and he worked with Malay Ho which is Frank Ocean's Channel Orange producer!
