Plumtree from seed. Grow your own plum tree from store bought plums EASY and QUICK

Fantastic way to germinate plum seeds and grow your own tree. How to remove the seed from the stone.
I used a potting mix of some well rotted compost from my gardens digester mixed with some vermiculite, but any good quality potting mix from a garden centre or DIY store would suffice.
I have also found with experience it seems better to pot into a very small cell sized pot and then 'pot-on' often increasing the pot size only slightly each time as opposed to starting the plant into a much larger pot.
