I Tried an MLB Player's Workout (ft. Bobby Witt Jr)

Kansas City Royals star shortstop Bobby Witt Jr. let me tag along his insane off-season workout. Bobby finished this season 4th in steals in the ENTIRE MLB and also has legit power posting 30 home runs. He's an elite athlete, and this training routine sure wasn't easy. But it definitely was fun!
