She has apologised for the photo edit (which she didn’t have to do), but that apology has made her look like the better person and made the press look vindictive fools. But, more importantly, it has made sure that every photo from now on, will be scrutinised minutely. This affects Meghan. She can no longer photoshop and airbrush her photos to enhance her looks. They put a photo under H & M of them with teddy bears taken on the Australian tour as gifts from the public because she was “pregnant”. This is a warning from William to Harry. And, apparently, Harry got the message. William is not far off revealing all the information about the surrogacy and the bullying report. He has had enough and is telling Harry to cease and desist. If Harry ignores it, William will let fly and both their reputations will be destroyed. And Meghan does not do subtlety or irony. So watch this space.
@@debbiecampbell7993 all we know is she had Abdominal surgery, a procedure where abdominal muscles are severed to access the organs or tissue underneath for excision or treatment etc. Even though the muscles are sutured back together, this still leaves the torso very weakened and painful of course as abdominal muscles are a support structure. The healing takes a long time and there can be issues like infection as with any invasive procedure. The organ or tissue to be treated has not been disclosed for privacy. It could be for any number of reasons, not necessarily the gut which I think you may have assumed. Catherine has always been slight of frame and very lean so she would not have to lose much weight to look thinner, from loss of fat and muscle tone due to extended bedrest.
Markle’s “popularity” is for the most part very negative. It’s also quite funny! I feel a bit guilty laughing at all the gaffes she makes. Tries so hard but falls behind. Two steps forward one step back! She is consumed by jealousy and until she gets a handle on that she will continue to fail.
If M showed any sign of humility, that she took the advice of others, and attempted to implement it and improve, even if she didn't succeed, I think any failure would be overlooked because her effort and desire to improve would be obvious. So… a couple points here: How ironic is it that Katherine creates all this insane buzz by DISAPPEARING while Meghan desperately tries to be constantly in people’s faces, probably because she thinks that’s what is going to take to keep people talking about her? I actually have a degree in marketing and advertisement (even though I no longer work specifically in this industry) and companies spend a lot of money trying to put out products and services that cater to customers needs and aspirations. It’s all about the market, if you try to sell products that people don’t need, don’t want or don’t care for, obviously that’s a complete waste of money and an absolute failure. And here is Meghan trying to launch a company and pitching her products as the things SHE loves. Can you get any more narcissistic? Who cares what Meghan loves, does she think this is enough of an appeal for people to spend their hard earned money on what she loves? The scope of that explanation in the magazine is so broad, it basically means she could be selling anything. That’s pseudo calligraphy, she learned a couple very simplistic flourishing tricks (much like she does with the word salad) that she repeats over and over again, but when I analyze the technique, it really isn’t there. I currently work as a lettering artist and modern calligrapher, trust me: that’s not real calligraphy. It’s somewhat neat handwriting at best and that’s pushing it a bit. Like everything else, it doesn’t seem like she put a whole lot of work into this endeavor either. And yet, it’s pretentiously sitting in her logo - perhaps to stay true to the idea of this being about what she loves. Cringe!! A very good point about the font in her logo. It's fancy cursive at best, but the symbol? Who knows what the hell that is. I too used to work in Marketing and Advertising and the fact that no one knows what that logo means, indicates you could put any of her "wares" with other wares bearing a fancy logo and consumers may not even recognize whose logo is whose. This was a knee jerk response. I'd bet money there's no mission statement, no brand strategy and no brand plan. The affair rumor was made up by a reporter named Giles Coren, as I remember it, while at a “drunken lunch “ (his own words). He has admitted it was made up and apologised at least once that I have seen on Twitter. Has anyone else seen this? And if he apologized once, he can certainly man up and apologize now, and keep apologizing every time this comes up. Megan is paying a PR firm huge sums of money to get people to like her but she hasn't figured out that all you need to do is be a genuinely nice person to be liked and it costs nothing.
Her popularity would improve if she just backed away from the public for a while, stopped feeding stories and was just a mom. When they originally left I thought they were going to go to a small town, buy a large but affordable house and raise their children quietly, like a lot of actual A-list celebrities do. Imagine how different their media life would be today if they had done that, and waited to launch their brands until the kids were older.

She has apologised for the photo edit (which she didn’t have to do), but that apology has made her look like the better person and made the press look vindictive fools. @@debbiecampbell7993 all we know is she had Abdominal surgery, a procedure where abdominal muscles are severed to access the organs or tissue underneath for excision or treatment etc. Even though the muscles are sutured back together, this still leaves the torso very weakened and painful of course as abdominal muscles are a support structure. The healing takes a long time and there can be issues like infection as with any invasive procedure. The organ or tissue to be treated has not been disclosed for privacy.
It could be for any number of reasons, not necessarily the gut which I think you may have assumed. Catherine has always been slight of frame and very lean so she would not have to lose much weight to look thinner, from loss of fat and muscle tone due to extended bedrest.
Markle’s “popularity” is for the most part very negative. It’s also quite funny! I feel a bit guilty laughing at all the gaffes she makes. Tries so hard but falls behind. Two steps forward one step back! She is consumed by jealousy and until she gets a handle on that she will continue to fail.

How ironic is it that Katherine creates all this insane buzz by DISAPPEARING while Meghan desperately tries to be constantly in people’s faces, probably because she thinks that’s what is going to take to keep people talking about her? Imagine how frustrating it must be to put all this money and effort into being noticed, then have Katherine disappear for free and completely overshadow her…
Point number 2, about the brand: you were spot on on a previous video about the terrible marketing and I’ll add a couple more thoughts here. I actually have a degree in marketing and advertisement (even though I no longer work specifically in this industry) and companies spend a lot of money trying to put out products and services that cater to customers needs and aspirations. It’s all about the market, if you try to sell products that people don’t need, don’t want or don’t care for, obviously that’s a complete waste of money and an absolute failure. And here is Meghan trying to launch a company and pitching her products as the things SHE loves. Can you get any more narcissistic? Who cares what Meghan loves, does she think this is enough of an appeal for people to spend their hard earned money on what she loves? It’s simply ludicrous to try to do PR on the basis on that assumption.
I agree with you, she wasn’t ready to launch and it almost seems like even she doesn’t know what she’s going to sell. The scope of that explanation in the magazine is so broad, it basically means she could be selling anything. It feels a lot like the word salad she constantly puts out: a whole bunch of nothing, flourished for effect.
I’m not even sure she knows what she likes, she has rebranded herself so many times it’s hard to tell what matters to her. Come to think of it, maybe that’s the strategy: keep changing what she loves, which then is reflected on products she sells - throw a bunch or random stuff and see what sticks.
There’s no marketing here. She can’t brand herself without creating the opposite impression of how she wants to be perceived - isn’t it a bit recklessly ambitious to try to brand a company with equally empty and vague appeal?
On a final note: she used her own so called “calligraphy” on the logo and it made me cringe. That’s pseudo calligraphy, she learned a couple very simplistic flourishing tricks (much like she does with the word salad) that she repeats over and over again, but when I analyze the technique, it really isn’t there. I currently work as a lettering artist and modern calligrapher, trust me: that’s not real calligraphy. It’s somewhat neat handwriting at best and that’s pushing it a bit. Like everything else, it doesn’t seem like she put a whole lot of work into this endeavor either. And yet, it’s pretentiously sitting in her logo - perhaps to stay true to the idea of this being about what she loves.

A very good point about the font in her logo. It's fancy cursive at best, but the symbol? Who knows what the hell that is. I too used to work in Marketing and Advertising and the fact that no one knows what that logo means, indicates you could put any of her "wares" with other wares bearing a fancy logo and consumers may not even recognize whose logo is whose. This was a knee jerk response. I'd bet money there's no mission statement, no brand strategy and no brand plan. Sorry for the rant, it's just frustrating to see somehow have so much talent around them and fail to recognize that they need it. Cheers!

Yep from both the American far right and the far left, two extremes. While crazy conspiracies are par for the course for the far right, the far left are also jumping in because one of their goals has always been to abolish the monarchy (how the British monarchy concerns them I have no idea). Hence the lurid ridiculous theories (William beating up Catherine and killing her either because of the Rose affair or Catherine's affair with the royal who recently committed suicide and they are still looking for the perfect replacement/clone/body double, hence why they aren't presenting her to the public yet). They think that chipping away at the reputation of the next in line to the throne will make William so unlikeable that people will get rid of the monarchy when it's time for William to ascend. Either that - people rejecting the monarchy because they've succeeded in tainting William's reputation - or they think people will demand that he abdicates and makes way for Harry. The affair rumor was made up by a reporter named Giles Coren, as I remember it, while at a “drunken lunch “ (his own words). He has admitted it was made up and apologised at least once that I have seen on Twitter. Has anyone else seen this?
