How is "growth within current segments" & "Focus on fastest growing segments" MECE? What if the current segement is the fastest
    growing one?

Target New customers and Existing customers along with introducing more and newer products would make sense more for the last bucket

you do understand that there is a cost attached to business decisions? and it doesn't make sense to attack all these sections, one has to know the goals if profitability is the goal then allocating more towards high gross margin will be good and if diversification is the goal then investing into other companies or sector should also be mixed in.
The optimal allocation can be known by understanding how much profit vs diversification the client is looking for?

Great video - like the best messages you make a huge question seem simple.

Aren't "Sell new products to existing clients" and "Use our capabilities to get into new businesses" kind of redundant? They're both product expansion, just the former focuses on cross-selling financial products and the latter focuses on manufacturing new products... Wouldn't it be better if the first was just "New Product" and the second was perhaps "New Market" ? So all the examples spread across the two current buckets would be lumped into one, and a new bucket would arise that would pertain to selling existing product lines in new geographies or to new customer segments... let me know what you think!

Honestly some of these structures seem pretty empty. Having points such as "better products", "better marketing", and "better cost" are hardly insightful ideas in my opinion. But that's consulting for ya.

I think “new product or new market” would be too much of a dumb down and those words can mean anything in their scope. It is just a frame work and there is much to follow up. With this framework, you can test hypothesis and see what works. I think businesses wouldn’t partner with consulting firms if they don’t provide real value.
